Hi @Krzysztof, welcome to the Community :). I had a look at your account and I'm unable to locate any errors when looking at your deposits. It can indeed happen that a deposit gets stuck with your bank or with the payment providers, in that case, we're more than happy to look into it.

Can you please, as a first step, try contacting your bank to see if they can locate the funds from their end, and if not we would need a Bank Statement showing the missing deposit. With that document, we will be able to reach out to our payment team and have them help you.
