      Hi , Unibet community !

Can anobody help me here ! I sent documents for verification ( security check ) at 11.11.2019 . At 15.11 I understood via chat live that format of address proof could not be screenshot and I resend PDF and JPG with my contract including bill with my Internet Provider ! Today is 21.11 and support every time say me soon ! Month , year ? I am Unibet regular for 10 years , including more Unibet Open tournaments , but I never had same problem before ! Everything was decided quickly and professionally !

Hi @CStanKAta79, I wish I could take credit for this one but it seems that the process completed it's self this time :). I'm happy that the withdrawal got processed and everything is in order. Please let us know if there's anything we can still do for you.
