Not disputing the fact that the Cashout options can make a huge difference @pittpitt, however it's important to keep in mind that it is not under any circumstances a guaranteed service as stated in the general Terms and Conditions. B.1.3. Generally speaking it is to be used whenever it's offered as due to the changing factors also mentioned above there is a chance it might me withdrawn by our sports traders.

Hey @pittpitt, indeed as @cris1285 mentioned the Cashout option is not a guaranteed feature for multiple reasons one of them being changing odds. In the past Cashout was only available for single prematch or single live bets and some time ago it was activated for combination bets as well. The only instance in which it won't appear under any circumstances is when you combine PM Football + PM Tennis, just thought it's worth mentioning.

Hi @coconuts, the 1 EUR tickets were added on 27/05/2018 at 12:29 . There is a delay from the moment of registering until the tickets are actually added to ensure that everybody can register to the Exchange Tournament. Hope this clears it up a bit :)

Hi @sgriff, Spoke to the guys at poker and the 250 EUR tickets can be extended in this case. This is valid only for the 250 EUR tickets only though and as a one time exception. As it expires in October, let us know if you are unable to attend the last UO of the year and we'll deal with it right there and them. /Ray

Hi @FortNighter1944, Unfortunately the welcome bonuses cannot be extended according to the new exchange policy. In your case the Bonus was issued with a 3 month expiration period. You still have till the end of this month, to be more specific till the 28th of may to complete all it's 5 stages. However you will not loose the amount if for example the first 2 stages of the Bonus, but the possibility to continue with it sizes on the 28th. This rule applies to the tickets as well, they are issued with a longer expiration period, but extension is not possible I'm afraid. /Ray

@Livertool, €13 would be a bit difficult but not impossible, and it would have a wagering requirement which would defeat the purpose of the winner buying the mask, he might loose it due to wagering. I was thinking an extra of 13 euro cash, or maybe I'll just order it for the winner myself :)

@jonny2192 I started looking for it just for fun at first, I love reading this thread :) But I actually found the mask here. @psrquack, will be having a freeroll sometime this month and besides the prizepool, we could offer cash in the winners account to buy this mask and post a picture :Rofl: I think that would be a nice end to Quack's freeroll.

@Markopolo, I had a look at your account and the €10 PLO 10 Ticket expires at 23/04/2018 20:30 there is still a bit of time. At the moment exchanges are not possible for cash tickets according to the new rules, what you can do is see one flop with that ticket, this way extending the expiration date by 7 days. /Ray

It is a shady behaviour to say the least and unacceptable in online poker, resulting in an instantaneous permanent ban from the platform.
