  3. @Kurkohai, they are indeed the same :) thanks again for the report, the involved accounts were disabled. @MicroBeard, thanks for the report, the accounts involved have been disabled. @Kliedz_Zivju, In poker, "chip dumping" occurs when one player intentionally loses chips to another player at the table. It is a shady behaviour to say the least and unacceptable in online poker, resulting in an instantaneous permanent ban from the platform.

  5. Hi @nekoneko, I had a chat with Leo and it turns out that an Exchange feature can't be technically programmed to break a 25 UO ticket in a 10, 10 , 2, 2, 1 for example. It can only do one single ticket value, so the only possibility would be 25 to 25X1 euro UO which is a bit weird in all honesty. Do you think this will become an issue for you guy's? We could bounce a couple of ideas around and see what we can do, let me know. /Ray

  7. @Purps, I can't recall any change of currency like this in the past 2 years that I have been with Unibet but what I know for a fact is that currency change is not technically possible on a Unibet account. However there is a workaround to that, and it would require the closure of the USD account and contacting the Security department for an approval in opening a Euro based one. This move is sometimes a hassle for player's because it involves emptying the account of all funds, poker tickets, loosing active bonuses so on and so forth, but if you are seriously thinking about it, I would be happy to give your account a look and start the process. Details that don't carry over would be betting history's, poker history's etc and the username which is unique to every account.
