Could you help pls. As I am a little afraid of this transfer . as I called the bank for 2/3 days , and they were not able to see the transaction on the their systems. And I want to be sure that everything is fine, and the money will come back to my unibet accout in a timely manner.

(from unibet support I got the information that I can get the name of the payment processor from the transaction on Transilvania bank, but as I can't see that transfer, and not even the bank support can see it , I can only get this information from unibet )

On 21.06 I had withdrawn 5900 lei and it was approved on 21 as well . ( the widrawn was done as a  bank transfer  to "Banca Transilvania S.A" ).
I got a call on 22.06 from the bank, telling me that the withdrawn will be canceled because they no longer allow 'transfers for gambling' .

The money didn't arrive in the unibet account yet.

From the discussions with the unibet chat live support live and the support at the bank, in the moment that the transfer was canceled ,the money went back to the  payment processor.

Als from the chat live support i got an ETA of 7-10 working days for my money to go back to unibet .

I wanted to ask if I can get the name of the payment processor , to check the transfer status, and to ask if the transfer can be done faster.(as I wanted to do something specific  with those money)

I got a bunched of hexapro turbo flip tickets, in the message I got on the site it says that the tournament will start every day at19:25 CET , but I can't see a tournament like that at this time (now is 19 CET).

The tickets will expire in 6 days but I got more than 6 and I guess is one for every day.
