Today we have 30 spins on Gorilla's slot. Great! I made required deposit, got free spins, but with value 0,50PLN instead of 1PLN. Talked to live chat and result is: must wait about 3 days, because there is a problem with incorrect promotion's condition on your side or you gave me less value. In my opinion it's a little unprofessional :( I add a screenshot. I'll use this spins with value 0,50PLN and hope you'll add 30 more in a few days to correct your mistake.

@emle123 I wouldn't worry about it too much. For me it took like 2 days before it got credited, and there was no pop-up. I believe that due to the Corona situation Unibet office is close to empty and the guys are mainly working from home. And since now it's also Sunday.... Give it at least until tomorrow 😃 And once it's added, when you make any ( eligible ) pick, the option to use the free bet will show up on the bet slip. 👍 I got my freebet immediately.
