That's a new one. Btw I can see that your account is in English. Does that match with your nationality?
I used to have problem with receiving these kind of bonuses too when I had my account in English probably because of the difference in currencies. I receive rewards properly now that I had it switched to my native language.

First you should check out your Bonus Offers and look for the following ones: "You have free spins waiting on your account." You have to accept these offers in order to receive the free spins.

If that doesn't work out then you should get in contact with customer service so they can short it out for you.

You should be able to navigate from "Help" option. If live chat doesn't work you can also try to e-mail.

@Jami-Unibetshould be able to help if the aforementioned options failed.

They add the free spins as bonus offers. So you need to first accept these offers otherwise they won't appear on your account.

That said if you don't see any offers related to this then you should get in contact with customer support.

My post had no malicious intent. My point is that people (pinki isn't the only one but his post caught my eye) should always read the rules before participating.

Putting that aside you most likely clicked on the wrong betting option while you wanted to make a bet on the match outcome.

It sucks when this happens but unfortunately because this happened by your own mistake refund is not possible.
This is why you should always double check your bet slip before confirming it.

It's the official added time that counts. Whether or not the referee extends it doesn't matter.
