Dortmund was ok, Emre Can and Kobel were crazy good! Heroic performance really, atmosphere was great too. Thats why we love CL! Chelsea is not bad at all, too bad there is no real world class striker. Betting on shots market was like gold mining.

I don't personally know whether you've actually violated the rules (either intentionally or unintentionally) or it's a false detection but I had to act on the information given to me by the fraud team.  

Account blocks are completely normal and happen daily for a variety of reasons. Responsible gaming, payment issues, KYC, AML concerns.. the list goes on. Yes it's an inconvenience to the customer but it's also something we need to do to stay compliant and to protect the integrity of the games.

You are right however that the emails do not appear to have gone out to all markets at the same time, and in some cases at all yet which I will apologise for and we'll make sure the blocks and emails are synced better in future.

 

 

The live chat agent copy pasted the message i should have received and there was a list about the rules i could broke, including chip dumping, collusion etc. Good that you specified tho. But something is weird here, because i dont have any poker related software other than some different poker sites/apps, unless you think poker books are prohibited 😅

There is no accusations here and you really shouldn't be offended about it. There are lots of reasons something might have been flagged that is used for legitimate reasons outside the Unibet poker client but could interact.

Its not fine when your account is blocked, especially when you have done nothing. And you talk about that like its absolutely normal, not even a sorry guys, probably we ducked up something (strange that many members were blocked all of a sudden, are your filters fine or we all bought the same software for xmas?).

I didnt even have message about a block, no warning, nothing. Live chat agent said i was about to get a message in 1-5 working days! Lol, you block an account (probably as a 1 time proactive bs) and inform me a week later. Seems correct 😆 Fucking annoying and reading your comments @Andy-Unibetmakes it even worse.

Do you have trouble with the poker site? I tried the browser, the desktop and mobile client, but the same thing: after login it redirects me to the unibet main site. Strange that even on the main site poker is missing (bingo, sports, casino is still there).

Morocco and Croatia can't so they have to adapt, we will see how Morocco does but Croatia tactics were perfect against Brazil, kept them out of ball and didn't give much room.
