Hi @Lapinray, Have credited you some bonus points. Checked every MTT between the 16th and 18th and none of them showed any major amounts of hand disconnections so have given you partial credits for almost all of them. Apologies for the inconvenience caused on those days.

HI @wwaanneess, Apologies for the lack of comminucation regarding the move of the live tours to online. The attacks last week have really put a spanner in the works in terms of getting this information out to players. We will be contacting all players to give them options for their packages as soon as we can. -

We're collating lists of all players for all live tours and will send out communications as soon as we can.

Just waiting for confirmation on BE people allowed to win leaderboard prizes. Edit: No leaderboard for BE unfortunately. DSO packages will be converted to a €300 online ticket and €250 in bonus points. You can also just keep your package and wait until a live stop is announced.

Hi @LeVsKaRa, Have credited 2x €1 UO tickets, one for each MTT. You're first buy-in in the second game was completed with only a single hand disconnected, you lost 4 chips and would not have won the hand.
