Hmm, It seems there won't be 2€ qualifiers for the €25 event or they are not showing in the lobby yet.

To make it simple could I receive 1X€25, 4X€5 and if possible 5X€1?

And also if I make another deposit later today is there a possibility it won't reach my account again?

I'm sorry, I didn't know that it's not Unibet's fault.

I was planning to play the nano and low events and maybe the €25 high one if I manage to win enough tickets via qualifiers.

But since there isn't much time left I don't know :wonder:

€50 in tickets isn't so good as the same ammount in cash because lacks flexibility and I even can't register the nano €1 Event. There are no €1 UOS tickets I presume.

So if you can credit me few generic €1 and €2 tickets would be great.

I would like 1X€25, 4X€5UOS or (10X2€Generic for the qualifiers) and 5X€1Generic(or 1X€5 UOS one).

I was hoping for more timely resolution and I have missed yesterdays UOS MTTs again...

I should have left some money in my account just in case, but for over 10 years of online poker and hundreds of deposits and withdrawals (don't keep big sums in account) this is the first time my deposit isn't credited :speechless:

I hope they'll fix it until the start of the 1st ones (no good to late reg a bounty). I already missed few in the beginning when there was a deposit error and I had no money left in my account again :laugh:

I'm thankful for the assistance and pretty confident that this will be sorted out.

There have to be some sort of problem with the new payment system I guess.

In case you need some other docs I have them all, but I think if you managed to open the link the info there will be enough.

It is "Receipt for Payment" and the numbers, CINs and description of the transfer are all there.

I hope there will be quick fix and I'll be able to play the UOS tonight (already missed few MTTs due to another deposit issue 😞 )

Hello, I made a deposit with epay but the funds aren't in my account.

I saw that they left epay.bg and there is a statement showing all the details.

There was no error or internet loss of connectivity. I don't know why this happened.

Could you please sort this out as I'm afraid if I go to the chat-agents they wouldn't be able to find a solution by themselves and will forward this to someone else...

I was planning to play poker and most importantly the UOS tourneys tonight for which I wanted to win some tickets during the day. And again as in the 1st day of UOS deposit problems...
