  1. Yes Would be great if you could capture a screenshot of it, so we got the timestamp and tournament :)
  2. Has anyone had issues with the payout projections recently? We need some recent examples for the investigations
  3. @radge1, does it happen when you open a new table/replayer, or is it just in the middle of the session when playing at a table?
  4. I really can't say. As soon as we know for sure, we'll communicate it to the players. The table cap might be implemented.
  5. @Sapran17 you can't download the hand history :) you got access to the history in the client and can copy individual hands
  6. Strange one this. You did meet the requirement but did not get the ticket from what I can tell. I've never seen this before. Anyway, I've given you a new ticket :)
  7. Can't really confirm anything at this stage. For now, it looks like there'll be few or no changes on our site, but can't say for certain.
  8. @monkeyheaven thanks, was reported to the guys Friday, so hopefully they'll fix it soon :)
  9. Please stop creating new topics. As I said, please contact ecogra if you want the actual certificates. Those ID's were what I could find on Relax end, in terms of RNG certification. I don't know what you'll use any of this info for, it's all pretty pointless 🤣 Ecogra got our logos on their site (specifically under the poker section) and Relax are certified by them as well.
  10. Repeating wrong figures over and over again don't make them correct - our growth has been significant the last year :) I'll close this thread and you're welcome to contact ecogra, if the above ID's and logos on the ecogra site aren't sufficient for you :)
  11. I honestly don't have the time to look further into this, and I see very little value in making sure the links go to up-to-date certificate - it's probably less than 1 in 10,000 that cares even a little. Feel free to contact ecogra :) I did find an ID for poker: 67820RGNUKM and for HexaPro: 87047RGNMALZ
  12. I try not to deal with refunds during the weekend :) I have refunded in bonuspoints :)
  13. A temporary solution could be to use the web client, which offers an identical experience to the app https://www.unibet.com/poker/poker-browser-new
  14. @OliD there's a lot of work involved in every release, so in order to get as many bugs as possible fixed, we won't be releasing the next one before the scheduled monthly release. Appreciate your feedback! It's also worth noting there's quite the delay when pushing updates for iOS, as they have to be approved by Apple.
  15. What exactly does "kicking me out" mean? Are you logged out, does the client crash, or what happens? Can you share what version of OSX you're on?
  16. I can confirm the above. When selecting a bonus offer for another product, the balance won't show in the poker client. You can contact CS on the chat if you want the bonus removed right away :)
  17. @penguin50, that's just a business decision :)
  18. @penguin50, the monthly mission got nothing to do with the client redesign :) So you prefer challenges for SNG's instead of being paid according to rake paid?
  19. Thanks for working on and posting these @pinki :) Curious to hear what everyone thinks. What's your overall impression/thoughts? Anything in particular you like or dislike about the design proposal from pinki?
  20. @Iceman please take note of the tournament ID's where this happens. Need a few more for server logs investigation
  21. No, challenges were removed for SNG's and you now get points according to rake paid (like with MTT's)
  22. @P0kerM0nk haven't seen that one myself, but I'll try to reproduce it tomorrow :)
  23. @successlaw, points are given the same way as for MTT's, but we have indeed removed challenges for SNG's. Partly done due to the promo running this month
  24. @Pionrj, sorry about the initial reply, which was literally visible for 15 seconds, before I realized the mistake :) - I was looking at the wrong case
  25. @Pionrj, and you're entitled to feel that way, but regardless of that, I do believe CS should forward these cases. They generally aren't qualified to establish the root cause, and we prefer to know about all technical issue in the poker team, by having it forwarded to us. Yes, it does add a few hours to the resolution time, but we also ensure every case is handled properly. This is not a common issue. If it was something that happened 20 times a day, it'd be very different, and we'd likely skip the step of having it forwarded to us for investigation. I have refunded your buyin. Also happy to share that we managed to reproduce the issue on our end, so we're one big step closer to fixing this one.
