App download problem

I guess this has something to do with the last windows update, I found some similar complaints about others not being able to open certain applications and it looks like we need to wait for another windows update or an update from the application... too technical for me.

I've tried winding it back and uninstalled last update but no joy apart from getting on the client once after re-installing. Just too random.

Issues seem consistent for me. Although webapp does come through if you just refresh enough times. Never seems to work for the desktop application. Android application works always.

@Kezufru thanks! Can you confirm which Windows version you're on? 

So far, I've got the 3 reports here, and then there're a couple from the French network. It seems to be a Windows related issue (as @P0kerM0nk also speculated above), but can't say for sure just yet.

Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions

Just to show how random it is, today I just got on my pc to watch a YouTube vid for 30min before work, I tried the client after it and it downloaded some stuff, then gave me the country choice option page and then log in, no probs getting on. I closed it and started again, log in screen straight away. Closed it again and opened it, error. It’s just like pot luck. Maybe it’s connected with unibets RNG 😂

I was hoping that the new release v3.33.0 would make any difference but nope. Had uninstalled/deleted everything, restarted pc, downloaded new version, installed and got through but couldn't see many graphics getting loaded so unplayable. Closed it and re opening it's back to general errors as above.

that's a very odd situation @P0kerM0nk 😞 THis time I had no problem with the new release, everything worked after the update (no need of uninstall and reinstall) . Also updated on my mobile. Tomorrow I'll test how it's working on android. I  see there's no idea why is this happend to you and what may be the cause. 😪

After “uninstalled/deleted everything” #clean registry, have you tried to install it in another partition of your SSD/HDD?

@HardGain The new release isn't the problem, I was hoping it would solve my current problem of not being able to load the client as normal, it's happened in the past where something was wrong ish and a new version got rid of the issue.

@FreedoM Didn't do it this time but I have in the past, no change.
