Stubbe-Unibet Posted January 12 Share Posted January 12 You are downloading the app just fine (it's running on your screenshots). The problem is downloading the app assets. I can confirm there's no general issue. Your new machine is preventing the download of assets, and in all previous cases I've seen, it's been related to anti-virus software. I always had problems with Unibet as mostly I have to click the green tick a few times and the client would close itself and I have to restart and do this a few times till it gave me the log in screen, from then on I could log in but I often see some graphics not diplaying like the emojies or stuff in the game lab etc. Re-installed twice but no result. Wonder if a windows update or something fecked it up. Have not had a play with anti virus etc. I use F-Secure. P0kerM0nk Posted January 13 Share Posted January 13 (edited) Using same wifi yup. Had a dig about with windows defender firewall as it wasn't on the list there but makes no difference. Checked updates for graphic cards etc, need to have another look if F-Secure is blocking something but I doubt it. Always been Unibet I had issues with, rest all works fine, other poker sites, GTO Wizard app, any site I go to, no problems with any graphics. Web browser gives a connection reset error for about 5 times but if I keep refreshing I get in. Any update on this issue? Started for me also since Thursday, reinstalled a few times.
