Support is not able to help me - still same information to delete cookies and reinstalling software. Can any1 from community had such issue with this software? Swissje Posted May 20, 2023 Author Share Posted May 20, 2023 I think that I expained it actually. I cannot log in to the software because there is popping an information that wrong email or password. Till now I am not able to log in to software and based on info from other player, it is not only my problem. Plenty of people had such issue too. Logging to website OK, logging to software NOK. Had a quick look now and looks like you are indeed just entering wrong credentials. Most likely the email/username? Check the latest poker release notes. Have a look at our poker promotions.
