  5. I think that I expained it actually. I cannot log in to the software because there is popping an information that wrong email or password. Till now I am not able to log in to software and based on info from other player, it is not only my problem. Plenty of people had such issue too. Logging to website OK, logging to software NOK. I informed about this support by chat, so please check and treat this issue as P1. Thanks
  6. Using PC. I really dont know what is happening with this software. Yesterday after 3-4 hour I finally logged in to the software. Today morning again problems with incorrect password
  7. Hi, Since plenty of software reinstalling, cookies deleting, password changing, I am not able to log in to poker software. Support is not able to help me - still same information to delete cookies and reinstalling software. Can any1 from community had such issue with this software? Support, can you help also and not recommend same solutions? Thanks in advance for help
  8. Hey Unibet. I cannot connect to the software - white screen after click "Yes" for question "Unable to identify your location. Access declined. Retry?" Whats happening again? Frequent thing after every update.
