I was placed at about 670th place when only 30 min were remaining and my current prize atm was ”25 Free spins for The slot Book of Dead”. So I’m quite sure I stayed at least within the best 2000 players until the end of the tournament given my 670th position. However, no prize has been credited to my account (if I truly did won). Of course, it might be delayed due to Christmas holidays etc., but just wanted to ask and be sure about this. @Stubbe-Unibet are You able to help me with this? This might not be your field of specialty but at least you have been around in Community Forum during Christmas time. Thanks! (Are there anyone else who won in this ”24th December” tournament - have you already been credited with your prize?) I made screenshots about the differences, but i decided to skip the promo, i didnt feel like i wanna fight for my "rights" later on (many problems with the promos whole december). They added my ”25 Free spins for The Book of Dead” that was due to my tournament position - the tournament being ”24th December lucky spin”. So everything is in check now! Thanks UB for the great customer support once again! I agree with Livertool that for top 2000 to get prizes is alot - but hey it was Christmas 🥳! I also agree with cris1285 that it had been truly odd if only top 500 had been paid but the system still showed me a price outside of top 500 players. Have a nice year’s end guys!
