Cashout

Hi guys,   I cashout out a bet that i placed. Cashout was confirmed for £15.34, but this money has not been put into my account. I have sent a screenshot in my betting history on twitter to Unibet, but have not heard back.    Bet in question was not placed using bonus funds, nor was it placed in play, so unsure what is wrong here.
