@Alanex, as mentioned above, we really need some more details, in order to help you. I would recommend you to try and delete cookies, as that usually solves it, if it's a technical issue.

 

If you mean it can't give any big wins, that's just how the game is designed it can pay up to 500x, and it's quite rare to get a big win, you'll mostly just get small wins, but a lot of them :) It's a low volatility game, and we actually show the volatility on the game page.
