Usually in that case the tickets expire as they only have a short life on them, probably because they're not played very often. Maybe @RayL can shed some light on this. Had a closer look at this tournament and I'm missing Canada from the list of countries added to the tournament real sorry about that. I chatted with someone from unibet who wasnt sure exactly what the tickets were for and where i could find a game of this type before the tickets expired and a few days later i was given 200 bonnus points on my poker account so i was able to buy a couple hexpro tickets with the points given.
