using tickets to add on whilst playing on the phone app

hi on saturday i played the 50 sat and took the rebuy straight away as i had 2x 50 tickets

when i checked i still had one ticket and the 50 was taken from my balance

i gave it the benifit of the doubt thinking maybe i chose the wrong option

well on sunday i played the 4 sat on desktop and did the add on using a ticket and it worked just fine

then on monday i played the 4 again on the mobile app and 100% chose the ticket option yet it did not use a ticket but took the money from my balance

can u check to see if this is a software bug for your mobile verison

we are aware of the issue even if we are not sure about the source of it, thanks for letting us know.

I have added a premium of 54 EUR to your account and removed a 4 and 50 EUR ticket from your account instead to compensate for it.
