So i opened my mail box and to my great delight i got a letter from worldline, they sent me the bank statement of may 2017 instead of june... A little part of me died that moment... But at least they finally reacted so theres hope!

Yeah, as said before, the absolute deadline is September for my two UK Tour online bullets, if I don't have it by than RIP me! Not gonna play too much anymore on Unibet, but not for this matter, I understand the verification, more for the stupid new Belgian rule of no rakeback and promo.

tnx @JeppeL , i'm also very suprized by all this, all I'm asking is the bank statement from June 2017 of my visa card, bank (bnp fortis parisbas) say they can't acces that, and worldline (visa) customer service directed me to a site, kaart nl something that i can apply for it, did that many times with no result, finally i have put an official complaint and after that worldline said they will send the bank statement by post, but have checked the post box every day now and no result... i realise it must seem like i have something to hide, but i can reassure you all that I never used nobodies else card or whatsover... I've done many deposits (paysafecard) and withdrawals (direct bank transfer) and in 2017 I was stupid enough to use another method (my visa)...

i know that you should be winning a poker, also without rakeback, but if you're from belgium, you're just fed up with government decisions, for exemple i refuse to do extra hours on my job, because when you work extra hours you get taxed so high on it, it's just not worth it, same now with these poker rules, it just demotivates you to play, because you're so tired of these horrible regulations in every possible situation in life...

after i put official complaint , still no news from worldline, less in a hurry now as i play now on another site, will put a new complaint next week...

what i am curious for is if still a lot of belgians play now on unibet after these changes? it's been two months now? did a lot of them withdraw and get out (like me)? i'm sorry for unibet, but i hope loads did quit! maybe they will change their minds, because they will gather less revenue. btw: i sometimes do sports bets and i notice that sites like bwin and napoleon games can still do odds boosts, isn't this also some kind of promo?

btw: to be clear, i mean an official complaint against worldline, not unibet. Nothing wrong with verification of an account ofcours, it's my fault to have used a second deposit method in 2017 (visa instead of the usual paysafe card), so i realise now, no blame at unibet.

Got an email from my bank (so not WOrldline) with some advice if Worldline doesn't answer the request to send bankstatements. She gave me number to call and to put an official complaint to them so they are forced to reply, so that's the next step :-) the quest to unfreeze my account continues...

3th time filled in the online form to get the bank statements, still no answers from two earlier tries... I'll keep doing this every week in the hope they finally send it to me...

@ReCorpH You definitly don't need to apologise! You offered some alternative solutions, wherefor thanks! I'm sure in the end Worldline will reply one of the online forms I fill in, the deadline is September for the next UK Tour online. Pretty optimistic about that deadline :-)

update: still not a single reply from Worldline... Have filled in the form for a second time last week and at the end of the week will fill it in for third time and will keep doing it every week because I really want to play on Unibet again :( what i'm not going to do anymore is to call them, because it's quite expencive 0.30 cent per minute and the only thing they say after long time waiting, is they can't help but I have to go to that online form which i did two times now... it's very frustrating, i know i haven't used anyone else his or her credit card to make these payments, but there's no way to prove it, i can only get those bank statements until Worldline finally sends me them through that online form... sigh

They think people will be less tempted to gamble if there are no more promos, bonusses or any form of rakeback. In reality people will either not care or be more tempted to play on unregulated sites. Very sad evoution, but hey, it's Belgium, so can't be too suprized with the dumb decisionmaking...

Hi @Leo-Unibet missed out on first UK tour online due to verifciation issues (which after + 3 weeks still going on). Question: will there be another UK tour online later this year and approximitly which date or month? Thanks in advance

little update of my misery: still no mail back from worldline with the bank statements of June 2017. Called Fortis and Worldline again and they say again that it's the other side that has to provide the info or use the website they both suggest, but after 14 days still no answer from filling in that online form, they suggested I fill it in again, which I did... beyond frustrating !!!

So people who follow this, it's coming to an expected sad end... @ReCorpH did everything he could to come to a middle way solution, but customer service replied me they really need these bank statement of 2017, that I'm still waiting for WORLDLINE to send me, probably will take another week or so... Thanks @ReCorpH for your try, you're a good guy! I'm a micro-low cashgame grinder, which is not so exciting, but what excites me most in poker is grinding up small sattelits on the side to be able to play 'bigger' tournaments. In the 10 year I'm playing I attended 3 Unibet Opens in Talinn, Cannes and Kopenhagen, one Belgian Championship in Blankenberge and one UK Tour in Brighton, apart from some other events with Partypoker. Was really looking forward to play this UK TOUR online event too tomorrow, but due to very strict verifications (started 3 weeks ago) I'm blocked from playing it. This feels like the biggest badbeat of my poker career! I know I'm probably not gonna cash the event, just playing it always feels so much fun! But yeah... Live and learn!
