I ran some report and unfortunately, 16 players are affected by this issue. I can tell you that I wanted to re-create the tournament tickets for affected players but forgot to do it before the tournament started. The real value of the tournament was quite high with €5,000 / 105 (89+16) = €47,62 As it is a MTT format, I think the fairest solution is that all 16 affected players will receive a generic €50 MTT ticket. I hope that you ( @Merenitsu) think this is a fair solution? Again, my apologies for this issue!

Hi @Merenitsu, You are right and should not have happened - as we should have credited the tickets just before the tournament. I did a mistake here and I will work on a solution. You, as well as the other affected customers will receive an answer latest Monday. I am really sorry for the bad experience! As said, I will have a look at it.

The prizepool will still be €1,000 with a buy-in of €1 and the tournament will be open exclusively to Belgian players.
