Pool started well today and I thought they could well still do it. But wasn't to be. I cant help but think that by resting Mo, Diaz and few others on the first leg, they threw away both trophies ( Europa & Premier league ). Wouldn't be the first time a team rests key players on a "less significant match", gets their ass kicked, morale takes a hit, and then they duck up their main target also. Was that the case here and would they have beaten Palace & Atalanta, we will never know, but I wouldn't rule that out....
