Hi @Anders1959 Note that this is an English only speaking community But, to the topic. They should send an e-mail to the address that is showing on your Unibet account details with some more information about your options with the ticket. Based on some previous answers this usually happens in about a week from winning the ticket, so it's possible they haven't just sent it yet ( check your spam folder though, it sometimes goes there ) And don't worry about your ticket expiring. It works just as a placeholder and it expiring doesn't matter at all. I'm tagging @Stubbe-Unibet just in case he has something to add or correct

Hard to find any details of the game, mainly the exact time of abandonment. But based on Unibet sportsbook rules, if the 1st half was completed then both of your bets lose, and if the match was abandoned before the end of the first half both should be voided.

@Cesarnor The above image from UEFA is including extra-time. Extra time is always excluded on bets, unless stated otherwise. And yes, you may trust UEFA stats more, but when you are shown this text when placing the bet, UEFA stats don't really matter:

Here are Freiburgs stats. We are looking at the last two columns: FC = Fouls conceded ( fouls the team made ) FC = Fouls won ( fouls the other team made ) So Opta is showing 21 fouls in total. Flashscore is showing there were 22, so that's maybe why you are thinking your bet won...

Hi @Cesarnor Unibet uses Opta stats for settling the bets. Here is the Opta page for that match: Freiburg - Lens It shows there were 21 fouls on the match. ( Note that extra time is not included on the bet )

Oh, I just realised you meant one of the pre-made match multis. hmmmm.... Could be that those are also directly connected to the bet builder functionality, but I'm not sure of that. I've never bet on those... 🤔

@Danne93 They don't have Most Corners and Most Cards available for Bet Builder on that match. You can only make combos on one match from the options that are visible under the Bet Builder tab. I suppose it's possible they'll add those markets to Bet Builder later, but I wouldn't count on that.
