It looks like you may have misclicked as the back office shows that the spins were cancelled. I've checked things are working correctly on a test account and when I clicked "Play Later" they went back to a queued status as expected.
As per the terms on https://www.unibet.com/promotions/poker-promotions/poker-mission, cancelled spins will not be compensated.

Apologies for that. The agents were told bets would not be refunded but some took that as all products would not be refunding which is not correct.
Can you tell me what games you had issues with? I checked your account and you were not playing during the time of the site outage.

@Adrienne, checked with CS and you just need to place a qualifying bet of $10 CAD and if it loses you'll get 100% (up to $10 CAD) back
