In this hand the equity shown is 2.5% off the actual equity. That's a 25% error in this case, which is the biggest I have seen yet and is very significant. Could you please explain why these errors are happening?

Still getting this error actually, although it seems 43 other players are able to join that game. Is there an issue with playing just in the UK?

Are you able to shed some light on the issues? I say this because when I try to withdraw now I get "Gateway Error" or "Internal Server Error", which was the same error I was getting on Friday. So it seems like whatever it is hasn't been completely resolved.

Stubbe can you do some wiz-biz for me please? If I am playing PLO and get dealt three Aces next to each other in my hand once every 2791 (i think) hands, and I am playing 2 tables averaging 120 hands/hour total, what would be the standard deviation for the number of times I am dealt AAAx/xAAA per hour? Is it inherently a normal distribution assuming that the hands/hour is always precisely 120 (ie no variables other than the cards dealt which has consistent variance)?

So to be clear, reaching 7-9 from 7-8 DOES give the player 96% rakeback for that step? I'm curious if anyone has done this yet? Seems like it would take 4tabling NL400 for 10hrs/day non-stop for 3 months to get to that point.

Guys, wtf? 22%??? I gather your calculator tends to round up or down to the nearest %, but 22% is usually what it would say if the actual equity was 22.5% (i.e. there being an extra out in this case). off by 2% seems a little bit much for omaha, can someone explain this?

Right that explains it, thank you. It would not have been possible to do this on the computer but I have never used the phone app and never saw this before. This puts my mind at ease, I don't need to know any more.

I didn't look hard but the search function didn't bring up the article I was looking for so I'm just going to start a thread. What measures is Unibet taking to prevent the use of outside software? Is it possible for a player to use software that is not allowed? If so, are there certain types of software that are harder to prevent? The reason I am asking is that I was in a PLO cash game where a player insta-bet 58.429561...% of (rakeless) pot, meaning they bet in significantly less than a second. Since I know that you can't set up your own bet-size buttons (and the cash amount was not a round number at all), the only conclusion I can draw so far is that they were using some kind of outside software and bet a little too quickly either by accident or because they felt they would not be caught. I attached a screenshot of them making the bet so that you can investigate quicker if needed. If there is outside software being used in the microstakes by careless cheaters then that doesn't inspire confidence in your security.

OK I have to mention that I am one of that 1.5% and it is affecting me badly. You say that no one given any of these bonuses is expected to rake more than 2x the amount, but in the past few months I have probably played about 3 hours a day average, however now I am landed with a bonus that demands I play almost every hour of the day for 2 weeks, and even then it will be difficult to reach the target. Maybe it is based on a particular week that I raked a ton (although it seems very unlikely given that I haven't been playing above PLO25), maybe it is the result of a bug, I don't know. But this is too much and it is not fun. It is not incentivizing me to use your client at all. It is summer and I want to go out, but I am stuck inside All Day because I can't pass up the reward. Suggestion: if you base the amount of rake required on a player's average rake over a longer period (overall or per day played), then everyone given a surprise bonus will happily play your site more for a couple of weeks and that 1.5% of people whose bonus currently is based on a particularly volume-heavy couple of weeks won't be dissatisfied as a result. It seems like doing it this way would be like running it twice, having the same results overall (in terms of volume) but without the extreme cases like mine that piss people off.
