@jerry The variance in the quality of your posts is astounding. Sometimes you're making cases that sound crazy but turn out to be true (Nagelsmann). And sometimes I have to think that Stubbe hijacked your account to mess with all of us! Entertaining it is, though.

    Right back at ya!

Hummels, Süle, Schlotterbeck. Kobel behind. In the Bundesliga, it doesn't get better than this. Can was probably our best man in the Rückrunde, if not definitely top-3. The game against Mainz wasn't good, however that's not enough in my opinion to replace him. Also to be fair to Can, he was being played out of position way too often. He played 40 games for the BVB as a CB despite the fact that he's no CB at all

Can could have great season against weaker teams but in important/high pressure games he will always fold. With him as a captain there will be no leadership and you will crumble[again] in tough spots. Hummels is no better captain btw. Those important games [Chelsea/Bochum/Mainz] showed you lack leadership. Simple as that. There was no one who could instill fight in the team, not even Terzic, Reus, Hummels. I can agree is good to have him in the squad as he is versatille player but not a one of the leaders/high earners or your main defensive midfielder. Alvarez would change Dortmund in many ways. Not technical but old style destroyer [think R.Keane] in mittelfeld that you so much lacking, especially in those high pressure games.

That backline IMO doesnt look good. Sule is on and off. Im trusting Bayern on that. He is just not enough for top. Schlotterbeck i was expecting much much more, again Bayern not going for him might saying something. It could be only first season and in 2nd he will be better though. But if he play like in first one, well it will not be pretty. He seem like he always have this one patzer insider him even when he is having great game. Hummels is sentimental verlangerung just like Reus, he will be used but most often he will be problem. Kobel was very good but he made some big errors and those not only costed BVB the title but also him the transfer. Without them i could easily see ManU/Chelsea going for him not overrated Onana.

With Guerreiro being one of the weirdest transfers this season i wonder how he will fare there. With his work ethic and rather average defensive display he can easily become a mem like late Rafinha but if Tuchel will play him higher and unlock his big potencial he could play there a lot better than in Dortmund and become bargain of the season.

  2. There's not many things lately to praise Bayern but stealing Kim from ManU could be a grand coup! This guy is a physical freak, coming from a country with 170cm and shorter guys and being himself 190 :classic_laugh: And he is as agile and fast as those smaller. I mean people often say its Osimhen and Kvaradona who made Napoli title possible but IMO gamechanger was Kim. I will go as far and say he is now the best CB in the world! Simillar as was Van Dijk when he joined Liverpool [as opposed to now a major liability and biggest factor why Liverpool will not compete for the titles next season]. Kim in ManU and Manchester is in the same way as Liverpool champion contender in a day.

Dortmund out of Alvarez race and will stick to the Can option. Well, i would release Can just for the last game but Dortmund is giving verlangerung and captain armband. Talk about losers...Also out of that race for Frenchman Le something. This looks not too good for now. Bensabaini is a guy who never picked my interest in BMG [was mostly anonymous there] but maybe small plus for Nmecha. Another good season and he would be 50mln worth out of Dortm price range so who knows it could be good signing.

Some journos linking Milinkovic-Savic to Dortmund but its too logical move for them. He wants only 5mln and Dortmund pay that much to chumps like Brands and Can. Probably too old and too expensive as Lazio wants one third of Haaland [about30-35]. But it could make BVB competing for the title :classic_huh:

For retaing 2nd place Dortmund needs one central defender [someone like Kim possibly :classic_ninja:if not with same qualities then hopefully with leadership] and replace Can!

I like RB business so far. With transfers of Carvalho and Baumgartner [by the way he would be perfect buy for BVB too] how many midfielders do RB Leipzig need? Im counting like 10 for 2/3 positions :classic_biggrin::classic_laugh: They will most likely sell Szobo/Olmo but still. They now bidding for RB Geeertruida from Feyenoord and stealing some young black guy from PSG. If their coach was someone else than Rose i would count RB as a title contender but with him i dont know. Dont see it.

  3. Feel a bit sad you didnt went after Kaminski with that offer but yeah could say he was rather average in first season in Wolfsburg. Maybe too soon and it will happen next year! Feel like its already written in the stars and he has no opinion of guys whatsoever so its safe :classic_huh:

Bayern also after Mason Mount:classic_cool:. Maybe they could bring another Mason from Utd just for the lols. This looks more and more ridiculous. Could be there is agenda to burn Bayern into the ground? Tuchel double agent :classic_laugh:

    Some news from ekstraklasa-Germany train.

Jagiellonia contracted Afimico Pululu [if not for anything then just for the fun name]. 2 years contract and last year 13 games and one goal. Call me not impressed.

Warta Poznan took on 3!!! year contract Croat Darko Vizinger from Regensburg. He was there loaned from austrian Wolfsberger. In Regensburg 9games 0 goals but he scored in Austria 11 goals in 65 games. This looks like a proper defensive striker and we love those!

Other than that Lech Poznan is apparently interested in former Ajax legend Daley Singraven who is fringe player now in Leverkusen. Again im not impressed!

  4. Didnt see Germans but Moldova first half was a semi amateur team. Zero anything they were falling from malnutrition. Then second half happen and we literally gifted them two goals. The weirdest game i have ever seen. If i didnt know better i would say it was fixed..

Can i interest you in exchange for masterclass terrorist Euro champ Fernando [or as our FA chairman called him Felipe :classic_ninja:] Santos? I would take Herr Flick in a second. He seem to know what Lewangoalski wants :classic_biggrin:

  5. Walker is pervy but class footballer. He have at least one good year in him. But yeah risky transfer cause of fee/wages and they will probably hand to him at least 3year contract.

Would love to see them sign Rice/Walker some Mahrez and panic buy Kane for 150 after they miss on Osimhen/Vlahovic and then fire Tuchel after two months :classic_cool::classic_biggrin:

5-6 M for a player like Kownacki? 4 goals in 30 Buli matches? Maybe over the course of his whole 3-4 year contract, including signing fee and bonus payments if he tears up the league. Füllkrug is said to receive something like 2 M per year, so 1,5 for Keita to rehab his value seem OK. I also read that he's getting a percentage of a future transfer fee as well.

We'll see, he was a free transfer and small clubs sometimes go crazy for that thinking they are for a big payday after season. Curiously every news dont mention not only wages but how long it will be. Its always its a long term deal :classic_laugh: Im not expecting Boehly kinda deal but they could went overboard and gave him 5 years even. With reportedly 5-6mln [guys close to him said this in the comments, could be bull could be real] a season that could be a bankrupt contract for Werder.

    https://salarysport.com/en-us/football/bundesliga/sv-werder-bremen/

We need to wait for this site to update wages for next season. Fastest man planet next generation Gareth Bale, Burke is on 1mln :classic_ninja: Say what you want but i have feeling there are great buisnessman in Bremen :classic_laugh:

Except that Felix Nmecha is playing the 8/10 and Malen is our current right winger.

Transfermarkt says attacking midfield, but also left midfield and with Kaminski somehow locked at left midfield/wing [he scored 3late goals this season even one against Bayern, so 4 goals in first season isnt that bad maybe] he was used sometimes at right. Didnt know he is City reject. Wolfsburgs Sancho but with German citizenship :classic_ninja:

I'm a fan of creative transfers, Ryerson was a good one last winter and Özcan had his so-so moments, but just because we have Bellingham money coming in doesn't mean we can start buying expensive lottery tickets now.

IMO both of those are busts and if Dortmund is ambitious club both should be shown the door. Maybe more Özcan, he was dreadfull whenever ive seen Dortmund. That Bellingham money, i dont think you will spend even 20% of that and dont ask me where this money will go. Maybe you have silent investors like some of Ekstraklasa clubs or maybe you still paying for that Bayerns loan :classic_biggrin:

You should go all in for that turkisch wonderkind Guler. 17mln is price so its right your alley. I know every club in the world is after him [even Kloppo] but top club could be too soon for him.

    4 hours ago, WuDu said:

Speaking of age/Kloppo-frauds, Naby Keita from Liverpool to Werder Bremen! Thank God the BVB didn't pick him up, 9 years of playing for Red Bull and Kloppo should be enough to finish you off.

And by the media Keita will earn only 1,5 a season as a favor to someone he worked with at RB [dont remember who coach sporting direktor etc]. That gets me thinking how much Kownacki is on as some journos said even 5-6mln. Hard to believe but Fortuna got hooked on record transfer for 11mln for him so maybe the madness spread further.

  7. Nmecha was probably best Wolfsburg player this season. Whenever i tried to watch Kaminski he was all over the pitch. Riedle :classic_biggrin: Baku stutter a bit this season, even Herr Flick forgot about him. Nmecha need at least one more season playing but then year from now he will be offered to sheiks in PL for 50. 15-20 could be good deal but im not sure he will not be benched at Dortmund now with Malen finally finding end of the net.

Havertz rumours are the most weird thing this season. Arsenal with already 60mln offer, also Real and Bayern interessiert for a seven goal striker [dont even want to check how much he scored im certain it was below 10]. For what position, number 9? :classic_ninja: This shows how bad is market with strikers right now. Real most likely goin for Mbappe after this season [again :classic_biggrin:] so IMO they will try to make some stopgap deal [one is former Eintracht/Hannover/Hoffe legend Joselu] so they maybe thought he will be available for loan with Chelsea bloated squad of 50 people.

Bayern also after 33yo Kyle Walker having Mazraoui and Stanisic there. Then apparently fiasco with Rice who is choosing Arsenal. WTF they are doing :classic_biggrin: Wonder what they will do with Mane, probably praying for Saudi Arabia offer...

The refs are from Israel, the VAR is from Poland???? I'm demanding answers! Polski bros, odds of 5,0 on Polska representing value?

Yeah its kinda funny cause there was this goal clearance from Szczesny you could argue went over the line and var did nothing :classic_biggrin:

Peak Poland/Santos terroristball win with one shot on target and overally 3vs26 shots for Germany. Its a win but im not too happy, simply cause we will never replicate this in a important game. Its easier now to defend with 5 subs but i dont wanna see this kind of anti-football. I want us to play like small Croatia for example.

Anyway Germany have problems too cause with this kind of spiel i dont see them far in next Euro. Other than chance from Thiaw and line clearance all those 26 attempts were never threatening. Musiala is playing his own game, Havertz is trying those lame shots, Can is marking himself, Kehrer thinking about everything apart of the game, rarelly seen worse Kimmich too [im starting to feel he is world class right back and only ok everywhere else]. Flick really seem like a massive fraud, cause this team is playing like with late Loew, and ive seen opinions it looks even worse.

Someone called him empty stadium merchant :classic_laugh::classic_biggrin:

    • Haha 1
  9. He is kinda....overrated if you ask me. In Argentina Enzo made him look good and in mighty Brighton that still finished far below top 4 there is this 100mln guy Caicedo that i hear is even better and only price is why Liverpool picked whiter one. Not too athlethic, bit slow but a workhorse so Kloppo will love him. He is serviceable midfielder but dont expect he will command the game {Caicedo is more this kind of player] or score >10 points in assists/goals and Liverpool need this kind of presence there.

Good price though :classic_tongue: For 35 i think he is good squad depth for any top team.

  10. @WuDu good tactic trying to get thread attention into Bayern's sh i t show :classic_biggrin:

In other news i bet AGAIN on Stuttgart. They had two chances to save themselves [Frankfurt and today Hoffe] and two times they blew it. Watched game with Frankfurt and gaste couldnt be bothered to play, but first time they went into the attack and they scored. It was exactly the same today against Hoffnheim. HSV is made from the same bottlin mold but i fancy their chances more.

Back to the Dortmund fiasco. Lets count who show up. Sule definately, guy was everywhere, doing his job and Can's, Wolf was running and trying although with mixed results. Hummels mostly ok

Best young goalkeeeper in Europe? To me both goals were his fault even if it was free headers [especially second]. He picked right moment for his worse game in BVB trikot. Guerreiro who was mostly quality but again terrible attitude with many easy turnovers. Great sub for Reyna who made two assists, Brandt again and again folded under pressure. That counter attack when he run whole pitch and shoot that pi ss poor shot i would probably kill him i was was Edin that he didnt pass. Can? You played with 10men. Wasnt he at fault for BOTH goals? Unbelievable, and why he didnt go and shoot the pen? Buy finally decent DM and release this loser.

Offensively: Malen was terrible, Adeyemi invisible, Haller was ok was always dangerous but without good passes. And what about 100mln? Why he didnt play? Normal player would even play with broken leg in that kind of game. Old man cameo nothing to say about. Some wrestling, stupid crosses to no one and thats it.

How they didnt push for goal immediately after start for 2nd half? At least 20minutes of second half was a disaster football. Also after learning that Koeln scored Dortmund looked lost/disinterested on the pitch. Why they didnt play whole half like the last 5mins? There was no pressure once they knew they lost the meisterschaft probably...

If Bielefeld Now, Paderborn's coach is Lukas Kwasniok, who did a very good job since taking over for Baumgart. Problem is that he made a trip to Mallorca this week and the Polski in him came out! He spent time in jail due to a woman accusing him of rape.

He is not Polski he is typical self-hating Volksdeutsch. Hating Poland but despised by germans. Lets hope his heimat will help him in his legal trouble! Good tip for away win though, could be great double with Bayern retaining the title. Imagine those 400k people with nothing to do on samstag, Dortmund will burn!! :classic_biggrin:

My other bookie have promo for new players with betting on german champions for as little as 0,5e. If you win [you can bet Dortmund for 1,14 odd] you get 65e bonus very easy to turn into real money. Find it suspicious, cant count how many times they had similar promo with clear favourite only to underdog to steal the show and as it go bookie with very little losses. Still think Dortmund will do it but its not 100%, there is some 10-15% Mainz will be another Unterchahing.

I think Kownacki is the replacement for Maxi Phillipp, who was the replacement for Oliver Burke. I don't think he's being used to assemble another Bundesliga Manager 93 team, however.

Well, some of our media reported that he will earn 3mln and up to fookin 6!! So probably he is meant to lead the attack for them. Hard to believe some measly Werder can afford such wages but that is the world now i guess. IMO its big risk transfer cause if he flop with those wages there will no way they will be able to move him. Overpaid massively cause he is free transfer. He almost bankrupt Fortuna last time they bought him for their record fee. He still can have breakthrough season, still only 26, like i said he was top Europe prospect once, but judging what ive seen in Fortuna nad last year in Ekstraklasa he didnt progress much, and is still the same very inconsistent forward.

Uli Borowka's biography: "Volle Pulle - My double life as pro football player and alcoholic".

Ive know a guy who was at the Widzew Łódź when Borowka was there and the stories was wild! :classic_biggrin: He was total professional for like one week. One game they played away and he was subbed after first half, or even first half very early nonetheless. So he went shower got dressed and went to the town sightseeing :classic_ninja: Widzew was about to get home and Uli is not here, Uli vanished. So they searched for him, waited like till the 2-3 in the night and then said fook it were going home. There was little press/media ongoing story where is Waldo [Uli]. Long story short Uli got found more than a week later 200-300km from the town he went missing and another 100 from Łódź :classic_ohmy: LEGEND

  13. David Kownacki from F.Dusseldorf signed with Werder. With Ducksch and World Cup legend Fullkrug hard to see him playing. I guess at least one of them is on the way out. As for the choice It could be quick road to 2.Buli, if both of mentioned guys are out for example. Also Werder looked at least as bad as Stuttgart/Schalke/Bochum this season. He had many offers and im pretty sure from a bit better teams [Union] and choose most likely money. Or maybe Ole Werner seduced him with another project in vein of Rufer/Bratseth/Herzog/Votava/Basler/Eilts and Ekstraklasa legend Borowka :classic_biggrin::classic_biggrin:

  14. Win is win no one will remember bottling against Bochum or Stuttgart. Wonder what will happen at Bayern. Pretty sure they will keep composure until next weekend having in mind Dortmunds bottling nature but after that it will full blown FC Hollywood. Im not even sure Tuchel is safe! How stupid was Kahn changing Julien? Kahn could fire Nagelsmann right now and no one would bat an eye. Or even only after City. Im betting that Kahn will leave with some of the board and they will beg Julien to return. How crazy that would be?

How sure are we Mainz will not spoil the fun? If i was Kahn i would go into their office with few mln in a suitcase :classic_biggrin: Or maybe to referee house or something...

    Kahn right now probably
