I assume you won't change or refund my tickets. It would be great if you would add info about the tickets you are going to buy in the confirmation box that pops up when you are about to buy tickets. This would make it a lot less likely to accidentally buy wrong tickets. I myself will be more careful in the future, but this could help others.

Hello, I accidentally bought five 10€ unibet live tickets instead of 10€ mtt tickets from the shop. Is it possible for you to change those 10€ unibet live tickets to 10€ mtt tickets? I play at pokerihuone and my alias is "Maro44".

I disagree with OP, I enjoy playing R/A tournaments. I hope you won't remove any of them, they are actually one of the reason I play on unibet and I know I'm not alone with this. If you guys keep complaining soon we will have schedule full of banzai tournaments, in those you can actually lose 5x the buy-in in few minutes.

Thank you for the series unibet! For me the schedule and tournaments were good. I specially enjoyed the rebuy tournaments, please keep them in future! I think this series is pretty good mix of all kinds of different tournaments and it should be like that, something for everyone. The only thing you could improve are the leaderboards. I understand the site is still kinda small, but when the overall leaderboard winner gets barely enough to cover the buy-ins of the last day (depending how many rebuys he used) it just feels wrong. This could be fixed by smaller buy-in for the main event or adding more money to the leaderborads. However it was fun series once again, thanks again! ♥️

If you lose all your chips just before add-on break you won't be able to re-buy again. This happened to me twice now, yesterday and today. I get the re-buy pop-up, I click it and get the add-on pop-up, after clicking it I am out of the tournament. Possible to fix this?

I would also like to have some information. Will it be cancelled or should we wait?

@Stubbe-Unibet I noticed that I will get the add-on if I try it multiple times, sometimes I have to click add-on button 4 times before I am able to buy it. If I buy rebuy first I don't have any problems. Never had this problem with the old software.

Thanks for the new software but there are couple of things I would like to point out: - During add-on break you are forced to rebuy once before buying your add-on (if you close the rebuy window and try to buy only an add-on nothing happens) - Tournament info box in tables have really bad font which makes it painful to look at it, the old font was A LOT clearer, please bring it back ♥

I was playing #18469242 tournament final table when I disconnected. I managed to get in after a while only to see others stealing my precious blinds, then disconnected again. Finally I managed to finish the tournament but disconnecting made me fold at least one hand I would have gone all-in with and possibly would have ended up winning the tournament. Are we getting any compensation because of this?

Is it possible to make poker client reconnect faster after you have been disconnected? Or maybe add longer disconnection protection? Your poker client reconnects a lot slower than your competitors clients and also have shorter disconnection protection. This causes me to fold my cards even when I activate my backup connection very quick. Other than that I really like your poker product, thanks for your hard work. <3

I was playing 10€ space madness bounty and 5€ shooting star bounty but only got my buy-in back annd not anything from the prize pool.

Hey, did you update your MTT schedule or why I can't find for example 25€ deep impact, 10€ dark matter or 5+5€ galaxy?
