The issue has been solved. Thank you.

For everyone else interested in how this was handled I can share that we identified that there was a technical error when @Be4 won the bonus round and could not play it. The stake was automatically refunded. However, missing out on a bonus round is truly annoying hence we compensated by crediting double the amount of the average bonus round win. Hope you feel good about this @Be4 and again sorry for the technical issue (which was with the supplier).

Now it is clear as day :) and makes sense 👍

Just one question more. Because the bet size effects the chances of winning jp, can we know what are the odds of winning with different stakes? Or is it secret 🤫

Well I am afraid not, that type of information is the intellectual property of the supplier in their math model.

However I can give a pro-tip for spinning - if you play on desktop and hold down the space bar it will continously spin, but a word of caution - keep an eye on your balance!

Both jackpots are triggered in the same way. The chance of winning the jackpots obviously depends on which one is closer to its target. Hence it is bigger chance winning the daily if the time is 21.30 CET and if the avalance jackpot is at £10K (and the other way around). The closer the JP reaches its end condition the higher the chances of winning (obviously, since it has to be paid out).

What do you think of the format?

Thanks for input mate. Puss'n Boots and Wild Wild Chest are not the same game, different maths. None of the games launched share the same math. My personal favourite is for sure Arcade Bomb - I like the mechanics in that game and good potential for big winnings.

When I say "must go" it means that it needs to / will be won. So the daily is guaranteed to hit every day and the avalance will hit before reaching £20K. Once they are won there is a reseed and it starts over. As you can see, the daily is already at €14K hence I believe it will be quite big today. The avalance one was recently won but is already at €6K. Unibet never gets the jackpot, you should know that ;)

  5. Hi all,

We have launced a new set of jackpot games from the supplier Red Tiger Gaming (yeah, we'll do a "Meet the supplier" with them). In these games you will find two new jackpot types:

    - Daily jackpot, must go before 10 pm CET every day (image below says 9 pm, reflecting UK time)
    - Avalance jackpot, must go before it reaches £20,000

These jackpots are ringfenced to the Kindred Group (parent company of Unibet) and not shared with other sites. We currently have 10 games with these jackpots enabled but will expand with more interesting titles. We are really happy introducing these smaller jackpots that will go very frequenctly and hopefully benefit many of our players.

Image below shows the game Arcade Bomb with the jackpots enabled (and current state right now)

You will find a few games in Unibet Picks and all the games in the subsection Jackpots as well as Daily Jackpots.

    Cheers, Fredrik

    @Livertool

Thanks to your report and us discussing with the supplier they've identified a bug and rolled out a fix. If you can please have a test and see if it works for you (I could not replicate it). Many thanks for reporting!

    Hi all!

Apologies for a late response on this. I have been travelling on business for some time and have some catchup to do ;) Anyway, back in the game now.

First of all I appreciate the reports on games being down. As you know we take games from a wide list of suppliers and that sometimes create challenges. Just to give some background here; when we select a game for launch we do extensive testing. The game is setup and tested in a test environment to ensure everything is working. The game is further tested on different channels (web, mobile, app) and on different devices. If all things look ok we proceed with a launch on the live environment. However - from time to time there are connectivity issues that momentarily effect the uptime of the game. At Kindred, we have a 24/7 service desk monitoring issues and contacting suppliers when things are not right. Naturally the suppliers have their own monitoring as well.

I looked into the MegaFortune Dreams case specifically and the problems experienced are strange since we have not been able to replicate and we have not had any other reports on it. We will of course inform the supplier (NetEnt) about it. For the other games - I am guessing there was a temporary issue at the time but if it proves not to be - we will take needed action.

Not sure my reply is of much help here but again thanks for reporting and we'll make sure to do our best in not having issues like these.

  8. Hi @Ryan94,

The bigger jackpot prizes are secured by insurances, hence no issue. The specific one you mention (El Gordo) has a huge prize pool of 2.1bn as you say but that is the total sum of all prizes and not one jackpot. The communication around that will soon be clarified but if you click the actual lottery you will see that message in the title of that lottery. The biggest single jackpot right now is found in MegaMillions (£96m).

    Kind regards, Fredrik

  9. Hi ,

We offer around 700 games in all all so there is definately a lot to choose from. Is there anything that you specifically like or do not like in terms of features or themes? Games have different type of volatility which simplified means that some games pay out smaller winnings more frequently (low volatility) and some bigger winnings but less frequently (high volatility). If you have a bit of time to describe what type of games and style you prefer I am sure we can give some good recommendations.

    Kind regards, Fredrik
