But this being said, our sportsbook department got back to me and the bet has been paid out in full. :)

Alright, that's what causing it then. I'll give you the value of the spins in BP now, but in the future it will only be credited to RON accounts as the promotion says. You are allowed to open a new account in RON if you wish, but I will have to close your old account then.

Bank withdrawals are ok if you use the Mastercard or bank for the deposit. If you do make a PayPal and use that for deposit, you will have to use that for withdraws as well then! 
The previous transaction was split in two because we tried to get it working to Mastercard but had no luck. :)

@WileyHack, I agree. Not sure how it was possible in this case, most likely due to a small delay. The bet was placed some seconds after the start, and as such as per T&C was voided. We've issued you a freebet for the value of the winnings approximately, hope this compensates it a bit. :)

Unfortunately some promotions will not work if your account is not in native currency. This has been said many times, and the only thing we can offer here is that you can make a new account in RON. We can not change the currency afterwards, but I'm pretty sure we can link your Community account to the new one. This decision was taken way before, when the accounts changed. If we could credit it directly, we of course would. It just doesn't work like that. 
Let me know if you with to try a new account and I will make the preparations. :) 
And just as a sidenote, having rights in the EU has nothing to do with promotions or having an account on Unibet. Having an account is not a right that is just granted to everyone.

Hey @221, unfortunately no limits are directly visible. When you try to place a bet, it will tell you the maximum amount. Please keep in mind that the maximum amount is different for different events/matches as those are sometimes restricted as well. 
I can happily say that the original problem has been solved, and the limit should be quite a bit higher than it originally was. :) When it comes to specific amounts, I can not tell you if it'll be allowed or not as I can't see the maximum bet to any event.

I'm afraid there is nothing we can do once the bet is placed and settled. When placing a bet, you have to make sure it's the one you want to place, as once it's confirmed it's in. Sorry about this. :(
