Account blocked because I use a HUD on Pokerstars??

Any software that may affect the client is prohibited. If you are not sure whether a particular program affects the work of a Unibet client, just ask the support service yourself.

It is unlikely that the security service of any poker room or casino will tell about its mechanisms for detecting and protecting against abuse.

 

So, if you are sure that this is a mistake, then just wait. I'm sorry, but your behavior is a bit suspicious to me. An innocent person does not constantly ask why they were blocked. The innocent mostly do not want a scandal and are quietly waiting for a decision. And the biggest scandals are started by those people who understand that there are reasons for blocking. This is just my opinion, drawn from thousands of similar threads on dozens of different poker forums.
I was once blocked in another room, and even written for what exactly. "Conspiracy at the table". But then it turned out that I was a victim, not a criminal, and they unblocked me, even gave me several tickets to tournaments. I was nervous, of course, but I was just waiting for the end of the investigation. Therefore, if you are not to blame, then just wait and cooperate with the support service.

Bit fucking cheeky mate an innocent person will shout from the rooftops if they are not getting fair answers to fair questions. There is clearly something wrong with the system here and not the players look at all the other threads/comments.  You think im guilty of something i prefer to call it standing up for myself. Also my account is no longer blocked and can play but I do not want to run the risk of it happening again when im only using PT4 and Jurojin! Dont think thats unreasonable do you sausage?

@Fat-Sunny, I did not find you guilty and did not intend to offend. My message was that if it is not your fault, then there is no reason to worry, everything will be fine. My example with blocking shows that it is not only Unibet that is capable of such mistakes. And as an honest player, I want to convey to you (also an honest player, as evidenced by the fact of unlocking) one more opinion. An absolutely perfect system of combating intruders, abusers, and fraudsters cannot exist. Any system (if it works at all) can fail or give an erroneous result. And I (as an honest player) would rather spend a few days in false blocking than play with people who want to profit from me in an unfair way and have the opportunity to do so. I think you know what I mean.
I'm glad your situation is resolved. Good luck at the tables!

If you can't post a list how do we know your site can detect if someone IS using them?

The guy in live chat asked me if Jurjoin is the same as table ninja, i do not know as never used it but presuming that TableNinja is one of the prohibited pieces of software?

You have said previously play at you own risk, doesn't fill me with confidence if players are getting their accounts blocked for no reason. Some of the people who have posted similar issues are not even using a hud.

 

It's really quite simple. If you don't use software that officially supports Unibet or that we know is fully compatible, you dont need to worry. It was already made clear it's not the software you mention. 

If there is a false flag, you don't need to worry.

Are you knowingly violating the rules, then you need to worry. And trust me: you'll know 🙂
