I also got the "Unable to identity your location"

Bit of a pisser spending some relaxing ime for 2.5 hours with a wee game of poker only to be thoroughly pissed off when the software crashes.

Not to worry the €1 free ticket will make up for it (jokes)

So Customer Service says Unibet had no issues yet you and I both got this wierd message today "unable to identlfy your location".

Time to find a more reliable online poker site as this is not acceptable and not the first time, plus this time no refund per online chat

@mugmaster200, just to confirm, you only had issues for around 10 minutes? Looking at the hand histories from the tournaments you mentioned you appear to start playing again. The agent should not have sent you to the community for a response, I'll make sure I speak to them today.

@Mr__D, you just had an issue with the Black Hole yesterday?

In both of your cases, the agent is technically correct in the fact that there are no server issues. It's a customer/IP specific issue affecting a very small sub-set of players. We're working with Relax to find a resolution to this issue.
