How long did it take you guys to withdrawl payment??/

Can you look into this my merchant doesn't see any transaction. Normally once a casino sends a withdraw it takes 1 second to show up on merchant screen and it will show pending on merchant system. Then it will take usually take a few hours(some times 1-2 days)  for recipient which is me to receive funds. I am messaging because my merchant doesn't see any transaction coming from you guys and it says you guys sent on 28th in the morning. As i mentioned it takes 1 second for show up on merchants screen dashboard.
My merchant did email you guys but yet to receive any response.

Please keep these messages in your own thread, but to answer this: the withdrawal has been approved and confirmed on our end 28/04/2021 10:05.

Unfortunately we once again do not see a new withdrawal reflected in our system. It is possible they are still processing on their end, as it could take up to a day. We would recommend contacting their customer support to investigate this.

Typically when the withdrawal request is properly processed in their system, as soon as it has been submitted to Gigadat it does appear in our system as a pending withdrawal.

You may wish to request the "Transaction ID" for your withdrawal, as this should reflect any information that they have properly submitted to our system.
