Unfortunately we once again do not see a new withdrawal reflected in our system. It is possible they are still processing on their end, as it could take up to a day. We would recommend contacting their customer support to investigate this.

Typically when the withdrawal request is properly processed in their system, as soon as it has been submitted to Gigadat it does appear in our system as a pending withdrawal.
You may wish to request the "Transaction ID" for your withdrawal, as this should reflect any information that they have properly submitted to our system.
