Unibet UK tour package

Hello, I was lucky enough to win a package tonight. Unfortunately I can't make BOTH the Brighton and Manchester stops because of family stuff I can't rearange.

Would I be able to use them for any tour dates after this? Thank you.

Qualifier Info:

• The online qualifier package is worth €500 (£220 buy-in + cash for expenses paid into your Unibet account within 72 hours of qualification). The cash for expenses which is paid into your account will reflect the currency exchange rate on the day of the transfer.
• Online qualifiers are open to all Unibet customers. However, please note that all players are responsible for making their own travel and accommodation arrangements.

• Players can earn two packages per event and hold four packages in total

• If a player earns more than four packages then they will be unable to postpone packages to future events

• Players can exchange one surplus package for cash per event, provided they are attending the event

• Players can only transfer a package to a friend if they are using their first package to play the event

• Players are expected to make any necessary travel and accommodation arrangements themselves.
• All online package qualifiers will automatically be entered into the next Unibet UK Poker Tour event with their package. Any players who wish to transfer a package to a future event should contact Unibet Customer Support.
• All online package qualifiers will be contacted via on-site message or email within 96 hours of earning their package.
• All online qualifiers will automatically be placed in the Day 1a seat draw, unless they contact Unibet in advance and request to play Day 1b.
• Each online package qualifier will automatically be entered into the free “last longer” promotion for the next event; if you are the online qualifier who lasts the longest in the Main Event then you will receive a €2,000 Unibet Open package.
• If an online qualifier does not turn up to play the event, their buy-in shall remain in the prizepool.
• Packages won can be moved to future UK Tour events.
• Unibet reserves the right to change venue and tournament details of future events.

Surely they can accommodate this request and let me use it for a future date? In fact I remember a Unibet rep telling me that much somewhere.

The ticket in the pokerclient is useless, it's just a placeholder for the message telling you that you won a package. The events team receives a list of winners after each final so you will be on that list, you don't have to do anything else. They usually process packages a few days after the finals but sometimes they can have delays. I never got an e-mail that I won, just received a confirmation message on the unibet website message box (not in the poker client) after processing. You can just turn up to the next UK Tour in Brighton, tell them your name at the registration desk and you're in. Any issues you might have there, there's always a friendly unibet emplyee at the casino to help, just ask and someone will point you in the right direction.
