NeriPoker
Hello, I was lucky enough to win a package tonight. Unfortunately I can't make BOTH the Brighton and Manchester stops because of family stuff I can't rearange. Would I be able to use them for any tour dates after this? Thank you. NeriPoker
No mate. I only have a single package and can't attend either of the two remaining stops this year.
FreedoM
@NeriPoker Then RiP the "£220 buy-in" and enjoy the travel money. 😉
NeriPoker
Surely they can accommodate this request and let me use it for a future date? In fact I remember a Unibet rep telling me that much somewhere.

FeelsBadMan
@BobyThe ticket in the pokerclient is useless, it's just a placeholder for the message telling you that you won a package. The events team receives a list of winners after each final so you will be on that list, you don't have to do anything else. They usually process packages a few days after the finals but sometimes they can have delays. I never got an e-mail that I won, just received a confirmation message on the unibet website message box (not in the poker client) after processing. You can just turn up to the next UK Tour in Brighton, tell them your name at the registration desk and you're in. Any issues you might have there, there's always a friendly unibet emplyee at the casino to help, just ask and someone will point you in the right direction.
