I couldn't see nothing so can't say what happened exactly. Watched the screen like a hawk with my camera on, so the next thing that is seen can be used as a possible proof for the support. After this it apparently kept running automatically my remaining auto-spins, and I had no idea what's going on. Good thing though, I would've hit the brakes instantly, but instead managed to get 20-30€ more :laugh: Also noticed the suggestion to lower graphics quality for better performance. So even if you lose connection nothing is really lost. Otherwise you could try to disconnect every time you see you probably won't win. And if you get ingame freespins and get disconnected they should be there when you get back to the game.But if they get a real tough server crash and lost several minutes of data they should have a huge problem. They must have multiple servers and backup databases and even a backup power system to prevent that kind of thing. Congratulations on the win! When got the freespins, and that treasure box, which gives the player "options" to choose one prize, the game froze and connection failed. Quick restart for the browser, counting on that the game is still there waiting actions, but it only showed a message that I can choose either to watch the replay, or collect the prize. And I couldn't even press any button to make a choice in that previous situation :laugh: When got back into game the third time, about +30bets were already added to my account. Now how did it now what i'd choose? *inserts foilhat* I quess it really is true that the player doesn't really have anything to do with the results, whatever bonusbutton one pushes 🤣 Knowledge and understanding is not just about pain or joykill, it's better to be aware than unaware. What a lovely pic. 😀:cash:I'm very familiar with crashes and freezes, but I can remember ever being that lucky when it's happened to me. 😛Yeah, I think the outcome of a bonus round (at least if it's of the pick and click variety, freespins - maybe, maybe not) is already decided along with the spin that triggered it. They have to have some kind of safety net in case you get disconnected. But it's also stated in the info/rules for most slots that if something like an error or technical malfunction happens in the game, any ongoing game round will be counted as invalid and the bet repaid... I checked the personal casino&gaming activity -section finally, and o'boy is that service good. No more reasons to speculate, because one can see exactly how the previous games are registered.
