Welcome to the Community first of all and I'd like to re asure you that you did come to the right place.
To say I'm sorry that this occured would be an understatement, under no circumstances would we like a player of ours feel that they have been done wrong, so I would like to personally apologize for this error in odds and for the obvious voiding that happened after. I hate to start off with an answer that contains terms and conditions but I believe it's best to first clear up this situation and look at alternatives after. Please bear with me on this one.
Section 5.3.B, mentions that: "Bets that were placed while the website was encountering technical problems, that would otherwise not have been accepted can be voided." You'll have access to the full terms in the link below.
This issue is something that rippeled through all the platforms that our Sportsbook provider offers it's services to, but I wouldn't say that it makes this particular instance any better for you guys or for us.
That being said, although the terms and conditions cover this particular instance, I have reached out to our higher ups with your accounts in order to try and make up for this inconvenience. I am not promising that you guys will receive the winnings placed on the bet that was present on site because of an error, I am fairly sure that will not be possible, it's somethng mostly along the lines of an apologie bonus.
Lastly, thank you for coming to the Community to report this, I will be in touch first thing tomorrow with a favorable resolution.
