Hi, I was wondering if an expired ticket is still visible for a certain amount of time after its expiry? I'm asking this since I thought I lost a ticket through expiry but I'm not sure and I don't see a mention of an expired ticket. Is there a way to find out? Thanks

Hi, Does anyone here know whether the topscorer top 3 market for euro 2020 is treated as "when there is a tie, odds will divided by number of players that tied" or is there a ranking for this market which would mean that there can only be 3 players for the top 3? I was wondering this since I saw on the Uefa website the following on the top scorer page: Ranking criteria:Ranking criteria: 1. Goals 2. Assists 3. Fewest minutes played 4. Hi, I made a bet at the beginning of the season on who'll get the most assists at the end of the season in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League. It's quite likely it will end up being a tie between Holzhauser & Mercier. I was wondering how this bet will be handled? Are the odds going to be halved? Or will there be only one player, based on extra criteria (played minutes etc...)? Because on the Pro League site, Mercier is currently being assigned as nr. 1 and Holzhauser as nr. 2 but I don't know what this is based on, as they both hold 16 assists right now.

Hi @Stubbe-Unibet , Congrats on the redesign. I haven't played yet but it looks good from a first look. I really like the favorites options, that's really handy for me since I have sort or less a fixed schedule of MTT's I want to play. One thing I'm not so fond of is the fact that you can only see the expiration date of the MTT ticket that is first to expire. I like to plan my playing schedule a bit beforehand and the expiration dates help me with that. But I've seen you responded to the issue already and the fact that it's still possible to see all the expiration dates through the buy in dialog, even though a bit clumsy, is good news.

@Leo-Unibet Why didn't you change the structure of the second UOS MTT's (E82-E84) of this evening? I've made this point last UOS series and you actually agreed with me that this needed to be changed. You anticipate on having the first 3 tournaments (E79-81) not go on until the early hours, by making it a 2-day tournament, which is a very good decision imo, so recreationals can play these as well. But you don't apply this for E82-84, while these 3 tournaments are also slowpaced. (Starting blind levels are quick but the blind level times go up fast and because of the fact that it's also a R/A tournament this is going to be a slow tournament). Now these 3 (E82-E84) will go on until 3-4 am in the morning... What's point of breaking up the 3 tournaments (E79-E81) into 2 days if you let the other 3 run entirely til the end? You could've made 2 decisions that would've been a lot better: Either you make them faster structured or you also make them 2-day tournaments. As a rec who has to get up early the next morning to go to work,I like these series because of the fact that these UOS MTT's don't go on until the early hours. This separates you from MTT series on other sites, these series are rec friendly. You got it completely right by making the UOS MTT's that start first on the day slower and the ones that start later faster. But you forgot to adept that theory on these ones (E82-E84), as well as the ones on last sunday (E40-42). Please change these for the next UOS series, would be much better aligned with the general structure of the series.

People that keep playing the E79 (main event) sats while having a sufficient number of tickets is one thing, there is always something to say for the fact that you never know how many tickets you will need in a rebuy MTT. But now I see players that already have won a sat to E37, keep playing all the sats to that tournament, while that tournament is a freezeout. I just bubbled one so I'm obviously a bit salty but it sets me off nevertheless. If I win one, I just stop playing the sats to this tournament. I think you should prevent these players of doing that because I imagine that the goal of these sats is getting as much players in the E37. I don't think the goal is having regs grinding these sats all day so that they can use all of those tickets after the UOS.
