It's not an impossible occurrence, just a rare one. In any case, if you don't receive the withdrawal in the next 2 days max, let us know and based on your bank statement we can start a trace of funds from our side to resolve this for you :)

Here's what happened. When you accept a bonus, in this case a risk free bet, you p[lace a bet from your cash balance and if the bet looses we credit you with the amount lost in the form of Bonus Money.
After the Bonus Money is added to your account, there is a wagering requirement that needs to be fulfilled in order to complete the bonus and successfully unlock it as cash again. Accepting another bonus before that wagering is completed will cause the bonus to be canceled (there is a message that prompts you regarding this as well that needs to be accepted).
So what happened in your case is that there was a bet placed out of Bonus Money, you accepted another bonus canceling the one that was active and subsequently canceled the Bonus Money that was tied to that bonus as well, basically leaving a open bet with 0 money on it.
We are unable to re instate the bonus I'm afraid, but what we can do is a one time goodwill gesture from our end, the Unibet Community as I see that you recently joined us and would like you to have the best experience possible.. I've added you a small bonus, it should be in your "Bonus offers"

The option is still available to deposit however the withdrawal would need to be processed through a bank transfer for the time being. Primarily you can't mix horse racing bets with sports bets because the odds come from 2 different providers with 2 separate systems and at the moment it technically impossible to merge them. However I have heard rumors of this changing but since there is no confirmed date yet, it wouldn't be accurate from me to say that this is in the pipeline of development.

The reason the funds don't show up in the Poker client is tied to the deposit Bonus. Since the Bonus doesn't allow wagering the bonus money in poker, the funds don't show there. One solution would be to wager the funds. There is another option as well, in which we cancel the deposit bonus and free the deposited cash from under the wagering requirements, but that would mean that you will loose the Bonus Money. Let us know which solution works best for you and we shall adjust it accordingly :)

As mentioned by our colleagues in Customer Service as well, we stopped processing Bonus requests earlier this year when the new pro active Bonus system was implemented. I am sorry you feel that you are not compensated for your activity, the last thing we would like is for you to feel this way however the system mentioned above is constantly monitored it does work and there are tens of thousands of Bonuses going out daily to players.
The algorithm calculates and assigns the bonuses according to the player's direct activity, factors like logins, deposits, withdrawals, product used, money wagered all play a part, just to mention a few. I wish I could go into details but it's a trade secret. Now I realize it's not necessarily the answer that you were looking for but it's the truth none the less.
I do hope to see you around here in the Community, we do our own promotions with great value, some of them don't even require you to deposit, free money :)
