So yesterday I did £60 bonus buy on genie jackpots I had 4 spins left from the 10 it said internal error reloaded game and it had taken my £60 nothing about interrupted game so I don't know what's happening

We have localized the round in question and reached out to our provider regarding this for you. We are most probably looking at a stuck bonus round which will need to be manually released. When that happens the round will complete and all winnings credited to your account. So the round did complete @Jannah93, would make sense. Would you still need us to chase down this with the provider? If the round completed there's no much more that can be done as it went back to normal. Sorry for the inconvenience nonetheless, I get that this can leave a bitter taste in somebody'as mouth especially during a bonus round.

It never completed I was on my 6th spin then it came up internal error so I know I had 4 spins left to use

After all this happened in Friday night I asked on live chat if I could still play on casino as normal about 1am on Saturday when on genie jackpots see if it unstuck the game and I did just one 60p spin aswell
