Paypal email change

Hi, my paypal account was closed and I am now using a new account, please can my old paypal account be removed and my new one added so I can withdraw to the new one?

Hi @bertie, and welcome to the Community.

Unfortunately the funds that you are trying to withdraw arrived from your VISA card not from a Paypal account, so in this case you won't be able to withdraw on it.

The funds can be however withdrawn on the same Credit Card that they were deposited from and we have now deleted the old account for the new one to be registered at the next deposit.

Hi @DrSleepy, welcome to the Community.

In this case we would need to verify the new Paypal account but I see you have already provided a screenshot of it. The reason it is not accepted is because the picture does not contain your full name. We would need to request a new picture of your account details, one in which your full name, Paypal account details and e-mail address are perfectly visible in one page.

Once that is uploaded the account change can happen.

In order to change your PayPal e-mail address we would first need to verify it, this meaning that we would need a screenshot of the PayPal's profile page showing your name and account details. We have created a request in your account where you can upload the said document.

We're unable to fulfill this request due to the security concerns mentioned in the case on your account. You are able though to still use your credit card to deposit and withdraw or you are welcome to register another e-wallet.
