  1. You could aswell just pay attention to what's going on in hands you're not involved in... Try to figure out how everyone is playing... There is tons of value in that. Especially in live games playing exploitative is way more recommended than a more GTO based playing style.
  2. It's the "curse" of a real grinder. The grind never ends. Will be interesting to follow your progress once again. GL 🙂
  3. Had two Royals this year. The first one was a pretty brutal runout for the villain 😅
  4. If you think some numbers on a screen will turn fish into decent players, you are terribly wrong 🙂
  5. Good to see you're still on the grind and keeping your head cool 👍 Variance can be brutal at times as you know all too well too. Taking a couple days off and coming back fresher and stronger is the way to go. GL 🙂
  6. @RushbieGet off the booze son! Getting it in pre with AK (suited or not) for 100bb is super standard. Versus a (tight) calling range you might be slightly behind, but the value mostly comes from getting villains to fold their 4bet bluffs. And yes people do 4bet bluff. OOP we basicly never want to flat AK. IP I do some flatting just to mix things up and protect my 4bet calling range. Mostly depends on the villain though.
  7. ☝️ Obviously depends on the situation a bit, but I do more jamming than flatting vs 4bets with QQ. Also might take a shot at 50NL soon. I feel like 25NL has been really soft the last couple months. GL and see you at the tables 🙂
  8. You seem to go pretty wild to chase €40 in bonus money? Probably not the best idea 😄 You know very well how swingy the game can be at times. So jumping in at some 100NL tables with roughly 15BI in the account is far from optimal. As a Belgian I get 0% rakeback which is kinda sad. But still making decent profit. Anyway, keep it up. By far my favourite thread on here. 👍
  9. Oh yeah, that 87o hand 🙃 I 3betted him back to back, so he must have felt like I was just being a bully and he ripped it like a spazz... Indeed, you don't needed that much equity to call. 30% to be precise. I ran some equity calculator sim where my range (calling the jam) is 99+, AQo+ and AJs. His range is ... well really wide 😄
  10. I had the KK there. You lucky cunt! 🥲 It might be not that bad but still think you should fold AJs. My range as the squeezer versus the button whale is gonna be really @ValueHeavy. Like 99+/AQ/AK/KQs. If I have a hand like TJs I just call pre. If button is a regular too I'd be way more inclined to squeeze such a hand. Plus these donks sometimes play their monsters really weird flatcalling and then backraising. But obv if I had folded to the jam, it's still a clear call for you. See you at the tables soon 🙂
  11. Update please? 🙂 Still grinding those 25NL cash game tickets on Unibet?
  12. Biggest cashgame pot of the year for me. Fourway all in on the flop. These hands tend to rarely hold but this time I drilled the river! 😄
  13. Sounds like a brutal run 😐 I know the feeling, sometimes no matter what you do, you just can't win a hand. Losing every flip and villains hitting gin every damn hand... It surprises me you still have the motivation to keep on playing after a 20BI downswing. GL 🙂
  14. I guess and hope you know this too but if you're playing with a bankroll < 10BI, there's a big chance you'll go broke 🥲
  15. The suited combo's are (often) good enough to call... You don't want to turn those into a bluff and fold to a jam. And I've got 2.5M hands that prove I'm ahead of the population 🤖
  16. Agree with what you said about proceeding with caution in general 🙂 I think calling 3bets OOP is to be avoided in general, but obviously for some hands calling is the best play. Hands like AJo/KJo/KQo/... I turn into a 4bet bluff at some frequency. I've played one lenghty 50NL session this month and it was a good battle with a mix of regs and funplayers. I'm comfortably rolled for it but will mainly be playing 25NL for the remainder of this year I think. Lots going on apart from poker and want minimal stress right now 🙂 GL!
  17. As you probably know I'm playing 25NL, not 50NL atm. But it's been my intuition too that a good portion of regulars is 4betting from UTG and UTG +1 a bit too much lately. Their reasoning being something like "My EP range is way stronger, fuck off with your 3bet" 😅
  18. In my opinion the "one shot only" thing is also inherently part of the "DNA" of a poker tournament. Why not just play cash games instead?
  19. I agree 138%. "Thanks to R/A the guarantees are bigger". This is bullshit. The player's liquidity on the site will obviously not be increased with these kinda tournaments. Unibet has no big guarantees for micro players anyway. It's not like a €3K GTD on a €5 R/A tournament is gonna get a Pokerstars player to switch sites.
  20. Calling down 3 streets with Khi on that board is obviously a losing play. There's no missed flushdraws for the villain to have and you don't even beat his Kx bluffs. But I assume this time the villain had TJ and your "question" is in fact a not so well hidden brag... 🙃
  21. Oh yes, I do that too. Really is a valueable source of info! 🙂
  22. Oh I see. Pretty bad session here. Almost down 4BI. Started of with NL, then played PLO and then back to NL. Don't think we played any major pots? There was one reg called '"VijfNTwintig" who had been running INSANELY hot which was a bit annoying. Not only versus me - AQs vs AA in 4bet pot on ATxTK and JJ vs KK - but against basicly everyone.
  23. I mostly create other aliases too but sometimes I use my "regular" nicknames like 00Robot00 or KrustyTClown. If you strictly keep to your BRM, I think 20BI is doable. But discipline is key 🙂 Dropping down stakes is obviously not much fun. It's obviously important to be well rested when you play, both physically and mentally. Good luck, but not versus me 😅
