    Can you help me out please, document I provided for 4885 card was rejected with a reason: "It's got someone else's name instead of yours. We need to see a document in your name to verify you."

    How on earth can I provide a document in my name when it says that its someone else's card? I was told on chat to upload the photo of the card to prove that I still had access to it and I did upload.

    I have clearly explained to your support team and also here in this topic that this card is my husbands which was used ages ago and I deposited £40 which I lost immediately. The money that I am trying to withdraw was won with funds that I deposited with my own card. 

    Please give me an update on this.

    It's been over a week now that I have uploaded documents and all of them are still pending. No emails, no updates nothing at all. You are holding my funds without giving any reason. I have also heard from you that my documents have been processed, therefore there must be some reason for not approving them (nor rejecting).

    "This usually takes less than 48 hours, but can take up to 5 working days in busy periods."
    Its been over 7 days now!! My case must be a very very complex one I am assuming. Please provide me with information about the progress and reason why is this such a complex case for the security team. All documents have been provided within one hour from being asked.

    Please contact the security team handling my case for an update, this is really unacceptable and I would not expect it from such a huge company as Unibet.

  3. @Stubbe-Unibet If they have been processed they must be marked as accepted or rejected. i.e. What does my proof of identity has to do with proof of source of funds. If my proof of identity is fine then it should be marked as accepted and we should move forward to whatever is being processed. I need to know which documents are fine and which are not so no more time is wasted

  4. @Jami-Unibet It's been days now and still no update. How is it possible that it takes so long?  have never been asked so many documents (I provided everything) plus I was already verified. I honestly thought Unibet was the safest bookie in UK that I could use given its listed on London Stock Exchange. Seems its not the case. I have no other choice left, I will be filing a complaint with the eCOGRA ADR service in 48 hrs if I do not get my money.

  5. @FreedoM Thats what one agent told me while the other one told me she knows nothing and I need to wait. I'm worried because I went through other people's posts and saw that some had to wait for over a month and they only got their deposits back and not the winnings. I would be so pissed if that happened because I did not win anything with the money I deposited from my husbands card (not sure if that was the case with others though). I'll wait for what @Jami-Unibet has to say as he seems to know the most on this forum. Good night, hope to have this resolved tomorrow.

     

     

  6. @FreedoM Sorry,  I did not mean to spam. First I posted in the betting forum and then I saw that these kinds of problems should be here. I will delete the other posts if you can tell me how its done.

     I mean I was with my husband and I wanted to bet. Once I deposited and made a bet thats when it hit me that I might not be allowed to withdraw the money if I win since it was not deposited from my card, which I was okay with. Unfortunately or fortunately I lost that bet and that was it. Since then I have been depositing with my own card and all the winnings that I accumulated were with the money I deposited from my card. I was told by a chat support agent that I will get a warning for it this time and my account would be suspended if I do it again, however I am still very worried as my documents are still not verified.

     

     

  7. hey @Jami-Unibet and others, heard you can help out with this. I would greatly appreciate, I am super worried. I have deposited £40 with my husbands debit card since we were out and I forgot my card at home. This happened around 3 months ago which I bet and lost on same day if I remember correctly. Since then I have been depositing money from my own debit card. In total I have deposited around £850 and won around £1750. Today when I tried to withdraw £1000 of my money I was asked to verify my account, even though I was already verified and would never expect to be asked to do verification again (why would I?). I uploaded all the necessary documents and then contacted chat support and they told me that I have been gambling from Georgia while I have an account on Unibet UK. My permanent residence is in London, UK, I originally come from Georgia therefore I often visit my homeland. Also as I have checked in the rules Georgia is not in "Restricted Territory" list, so I don't know what is the problem there. I have seen a lot of people in the forums with the same problem that had to wait either months or never actually get their winnings. I am hoping that my money is not confiscated and I will be receiving it, please advice.

  11. I have submitted all of my documents and they were super good quality and every letter or digit was visible, but they have been rejected.

    I do not have a posted version of my bank statement or utility bill since utility bills come on my parents name and for my bank statement I have uploaded a pdf version of online statement plus ordered a paper version which will arrive within 5 days, besides that I do not understand why other documents were rejected.
