I have deposited £40 with my husbands debit card since we were out and I forgot my card at home. This happened around 3 months ago which I bet and lost on same day if I remember correctly. Since then I have been depositing money from my own debit card. In total I have deposited around £850 and won around £1750. Today when I tried to withdraw £1000 of my money I was asked to verify my account, even though I was already verified and would never expect to be asked to do verification again (why would I?). I uploaded all the necessary documents and then contacted chat support and they told me that I have been gambling from Georgia while I have an account on Unibet UK. My permanent residence is in London, UK, I originally come from Georgia therefore I often visit my homeland. Also as I have checked in the rules Georgia is not in "Restricted Territory" list, so I don't know what is the problem there. I have seen a lot of people in the forums with the same problem that had to wait either months or never actually get their winnings. I am hoping that my money is not confiscated and I will be receiving it, please advice.
