  2. Hello Players! As said started playing the last try for my HU challenge. Not too optimistic beginning, just won 4 out of 10 games. 4. Great idea 👍 I noticed that a week ago as well. I would love playing that tonight as many other players for sure 🆗 GL every one
  5. Hello Players! No good news again, another 11 games didn't bring any change and put me on the bottom instead :annoyed: I guess next week I'm going to start my last attempt and try motivating myself to more systematic and effective work 👍 Let's hope I can move on from the pit stop this time :happyshy: See you soon, GL! 401. w 24.50€ 402. w 28.26€ 403. l 24.26€ 404. w 28.02€ 405. l 24.02€ 406. l 20.02€ 407. l 16.02€ 408. l 12.02€ 409. l 8.02€ 410. l 4.02€ 411. l 0.02€ Busted
  6. Hello Players! I just realized how loooooong it has been since I updated this thread for the last time. 2019 has been an amazing year for me so far, but a lot can be done still. Althought my challenge hasn't been refreshed for quite some time, I've still managed playing some games for it. Last week I reached the number of 400 games played. I wish the results were better but they are not. I'm halfway down to bust the second attempt. Still, I don't give up, hoping to turn the direction around to the top, but if needed firing the last 3rd bullet. 8. "...I like these sats as they are now, possibly I would rather play for a package than a seat..." @FeelsBadMan Well, I don't mind it neigther, but I think these satellites can have way more potential than they have right now. To me it looks like a "No for No" rather than a constructive criticism and giving an alternative. But it seems no one believes an alternative/change is needed. Of course, from a microstakes player perspective it's better to have the option to cover the entire poker trip, but it doesn't mean people find winning a seat completely unattractive from a number of reasons. There are players that made their way to UOs from a 1€ ticket, and now they wanna fill up their live schedule qualifying for such a nice event as the DSO is. Or players that were invited to join their friends on the live leg. These are just the most obvious for me, cause I was in those shoes myself ones. But I'm sure there are more reasons for players to qualify from the bottom. It doesn't mean neighter that I suggest relying running these sats completely on UO package winners. The DSO stands for an independent tour of course, having many attractive location/venues all around the world now, and I'm sure there will be players aiming for those as well. And, some of the stops offer using that 550€ as a package indeed, splitting it between a smaller buy-in and a few nights in a hotel. Not many of the full schedule, but still. Promoting it is another thing, whether the DSO stands on its own, or as a part of a UO stop. But I don't think it would hurt anyone, letting players that won a UO package of that. All in all, you will find there a full section of them, from professionals like you to those who got their reward in 0.01€ promotion...and everyone between. Once again I'm sure, many of these players would love getting their DSO seat in qualifiers if they only knew of such an option. But we've got far from the point... Summing up, in my opinion the DSO sats could bring definitely more people to live stops than right now, but they won't in the current form. "On demand" satellites work perfectly in limited liquidity environment, and would just let people play whenever they have time and desire. They are also a good remedy for overlays. @Leo-Unibet There were 18mans tourneys popping in the MTT Lobby every 15mins, starting with 6 or 8, not sure of that, but yeah, it was possible back then. I'm not going to argue whether or not it is possible now Leo, you know that better certainly. I've seen some new steps scheduled, but I don't think it's much different from what we've had. I thought of the DSO sats in that form to be a good starting point to try/test something new before applying it wider. A path cleaner. As @pirahn says, changes need to be done as the market changes itself. And the more innovative and creative it will be the better. But first, someone should even notice we've stuck at a standstill. In all of my naivety I apologize for wasting your time. Have a nice day everyone :peace:
  9. Hey @Leo-Unibet Does this case have any next part? 😛 Best Regards!
  10. Hey @Leo-Unibet @Patric-Unibet @JeppeL @Stubbe-Unibet ... Players I've been thinking for more than a while of the DSO satellites, and mostly of the Thursday finals. Since the DSO has become part and parcel of every Unibet Open it has also started representing much higher value for every player attending. Thus, it would be much worth and appreciated to put more emphasis on its qualifiers system, that could bring definitely more players to UO venues than it does right now. At first, I think it's not that obvious, but many many players winning UO seats/packages have no clue that the DSO even exists, and it could be a great enrichment of their poker trips. Many of them are players that are here/online exclusively for the UO qualifiers, some only for the finals even. It's an opportunity to attract them to the site for keeps. Therefore, every qualifier getting congratulation e-mail should be automatically informed of "the DSO possibility". Then, the Thursday finals are nothing but "winner takes all" most of the time, and together with its structure and practically non-existent lower steps it makes it highly unattractive for any type of player. Once again, joining the DSO at a UO stop can be a great live experience for any recreactional player, but it's obvious they wanna make their way straight up from the bottom levels. The finals are now 25€ single reentry with one 550€ on top, but having no-ante structure during the entire re-entry period it's rather hard to "induce" any action from regulars getting beyond this one GTD entry. I'm sure it's a great moment to try changing it now before the Unibet Open Paris and help getting there as many more players as possible. It's also a good occasion for giving another try/test to "On demand" qualifiers and get to know how would they work now. I'm sure it's technically possible as Unibet has already had these kinda tournaments in its offer. "On demands" are a good solution for limited liquidity and many biggest sites including PokerStars apply these successfuly nowadays. What I suggest now is to create 3 steps and put them into the schedule available at any time. Let people decide if and when they wanna play these. The steps should be 1->10 and obviously need 10 players to start the game. 0.50€->5€->50€->550€entry. The structure should be "funplayer friendly," allowing lots of action from the start, and giving a chance to register to many players after it starts at the same time. Deep enough and fast enough i would say. For instance 5000 chips, 4-5min levels, and 30min late registration is more than needed to get these games going in my opinion. The next one of each step is immidiately scheduled as soon as the previous one's late reg closes. More...I also think that if this pattern works, more games could be shifted into it, like Supernova qualifiers for instance, 0.10€->1€->10€->100€... As always thanks for reading it and any considerations of making it happen 👍 Best Regards! :peace:
  11. Hey @Leo-Unibet ! Somehow I've missed this thread till now 😛 As you may expect I love the idea of introducing 200€ tournament into the offer, and enriching it with some more as well. Unibet Poker is a growing site, and as you mentioned it's a good moment to let some fresh air in 👍 200€ HR: I think @Elukka12's idea of using combined Supernova tickets for that is great, and it should be used as a starting point. It would help improving liquidity for both tournaments and keeping it all as simple as possible. Players should be allowed to enter with one or two tickets, depending on what they like, but the second stack should be bigger. Let's say 5000 chips for 100€, and 15000 chips for 200€. Maybe even a third bullet, only allowed as a reentry granting 20000 chips. I know Sundays are a bit overloaded compared to the other days, but it seems reasonable running it on Sundays to let everyone play it in their free time. Possibly it could run twice a week with a smaller GTD on Tuesday or Wednesday, a bit faster structure, and/or in a bounty format. "Big Bang" is a perfect name for that :P Additional Tournaments: I think Unibet Poker schedule needs at least one more 50€ Buy-In on a daily basis to attract more players to the site. The format should change randomly every day: holdem/omaha, bounty/freezout, deepstack/turbo/hyper, 9-max/6-max/HU?, depending on what players would like the most. I see we have many omaha fans here, let's give them a nice tourney to play. Regardless of the BI, it would be nice to come up with an innovative format, that could be found on Unibet only. It's impossible to reinvent the circle, but once in a while there appear something new that differs only a little bit from the standards, but it's enough to attract people. As an example I think Banzai tournaments could be fun to play among all kind of Unibet players. Why not to use an existing pattern again. Or similar, let's set a tourney in which the average stack is fixed 10BBs/20BBs/50BBs/..., and the blinds are calculated on its basis. Banzai&Bounty could be insane, but i'd bet it would beat popularity contest on 1-10€ Buy-Ins. Maybe someone else can come up with something more original that could be introduced within technical possibilities. As always Leo, thanks for reading it and any consideration, Best Regards! P.S. See you in Malta 🆒
  12. Thanks for understanding and being opened to suggestions @Leo-Unibet 👍 I truely regret i cannot play tonight, but I'm sure people are going to love the sats 🆗 Best Regards!
  13. Hey @Leo-Unibet I see the supersats have been already scheduled. I appreciate the quick reaction, but don't you think 10€ r/a is just too much? You will have to fire 20-30€ on avarage to get 50€ ticket, it seems very unattractive, unappealing, not encouraging to play. In my opinion copying/paisting the well-working existing 5€ r/a structures is the best option, or they should be 10€ freezouts. People are going to play them more willingly then, especially with 5tix GTD. If possible, please change at least one and we'll see what's gonna happen. Thanks for any considerations, GL! 👍
  14. Thank you @Leo-Unibet ! Hope you're fine as well, Best of Luck! 👍
  15. Hey @Leo-Unibet ! #1. I think we need an additional satellite with 50€ tickets to give a few more people a chance of playing LVSS High Events 😃 I guess the ones we have already available are doing fine but they run too late to feed the event. Would it be possible to schedule one additional sat around 17:30-18:00 CET so it ended up before the High late reg closes? I think labeling it with "LVSS" wouldn't be a bad idea as well 😉 #2. I think the structures of these sats are doing well now, I would only change one thing. I would cumulate all the refund 5€ tickets into bigger ones. So if for instance the prizepool is 295€, the payouts should be 5x50€, 25€, 2x10€ tickets instead of 9x5€ refunds. I think it would impact the dynamics in a positive way, pacing up the "everlasting bubbles" and making these sats even more attractive and fun to play. Thanks for reading and considering the suggestion 👍 Best Regards!
  16. Hey @Patric-Unibet @Leo-Unibet Unfortunately I cannot go to Newcastle, can I get my entries moved to Brighton please? Thanks for the help 👍 Best Regards!
  17. Hey @Stubbe-Unibet I would like to ask for the access for myself and maestro1908, as he cannot log into the site 👍 Thanks a lot, Best Regards!
  18. @Patric-Unibet can Unibet consider unlocking the Belgian Championship sats for players from outside of Benelux this year? I personally regret I couldn't have gone there in 2018, and I think many players would agree they also miss the chance. Besides @Stubbe-Unibet, Blankerberge is in the safe zone 1364km from Warsaw, thus it qualifies to be the last 2019 UO stop even... 😏 ... alternatively, allowing using of DSO entries for that would be nice convenience. Thanks for any consideration, Best Regards!
  19. Hey Players! 2018 hasn't been an easy year for me, like ups and downs of my challenge 😏 It hasn't been updated for long but I don't give, I hope to be right back in the game soon. In the meantime, I would like to wish you all Merry Christmas and all the best in the New Year. GL and see you in 2019 :peace:
  20. Hey @triceraatopp! Railing you was certainly one of the best moments in Dublin, I cannot imagine you didn't take it down 😛 GL in the UOS and Manchester, show them again who's the Queen! 👍
  21. I hereby would like to announce loud and proud, the first ever, unique and never-to-be-forgotten, rising star of Twitch - maestro1908's stream! 🆒 It's starting tonight between 10P.M. and 11P.M. CET. Tune in here https://www.twitch.tv/maestro1908  It shall contain countless attractions, maestro is going to sing the 80's hits, recite poetry, do somersaults, push-ups and squats if needed, and of course among all, he's going to show you his secret weapons, long awaited poker strategies! :Popeye: Shoving 39.3_BBs 66 etc....:Cheeky: I just cannot wait for this to happen. I hope you'll join maestro for the spectacle, and i'm sure he'll be successful. GL! P.S. LEX, be afraid!
  22. I found time to have some more games today, the results are satisfying :atisfied: The best winning streak is now seveeeen 😛 May this time to be a hold on 10€s? We'll see, getting back to the action tomorrow. @GamesDean you've put it accurately supporting my point of view. Indeed, as long as you stick to your own plan nothing bad can happen to your bankroll, no matter how aggressive your management is. I feel comfortable starting playing levels with only 10BuyIns, cause I know I have discipline to move down. I just hope it won't be the main direction I'm heading to 😏 GL ALL! 252. l 80.26€ 253. w 84.02€ 254. l 80.02€ 255. w 83.78€ 256. w 87.54€ 257. w 91.30€ 258. l 87.30€ 259. w 91.06€ 260. l 87.06€ 261. w 90.82€ 262. w 94.58€ 263. w 98.34€ 264. w 102.10€ move up to 10€ 265. w 111.50€ 266. w 120.90€ 267. w 130.30€ 268. l 120.30€
  23. @GR1ZZL3R I get your point and appreciate your feedback/advice 👍 But I've already mentioned it's a challenge, and what stands behind the shallow levels is readiness to move quickly between them, and learn/adjust strategies needed to do so as well. I did the scheme with my first challenge, 5man SNGs, and I'm sure it's just the matter of all to click in the right time. The variance in HUs is incomparably higher of course, but if I need time to grind more BuyIns at certain levels, I can easily move down after unsuccessful attempts a couple of times, having experience of taking a shot to the next level. Not here to moan about the variance, but what can you do coming across the champs limp/calling a ship Q4o with your AK having as much/only 67% 🆒 Or anothers who clearly recognizing you start shoving every hand from the beginning...😛 You just get your AJ on the 6th hand and enchanting it to hold against 92 with its 68% 🤣 I get lucky often enough too of course, but at least I have some merit to make calls, or I just deceive myself 😉 Then, I expect these things to happen less at the next stages, and the challenge to become more interesting when battling players rather than the deck. And if I'm wrong then, I'm ready to verify/change the ladder appropriate way. I just need some more patience to get there. Thanks for reading it and having interest in my challenge. GL!
  24. Hello Players! It has been awhile and I started to play some SNGs for my challenge again in the background. Since the last update I've played 106 of them, most at 4€, only having one unsuccessful 4-games attempt on 10€. I have to admit that this challenge has been a genuine test for my patience so far :scared: I'm running out of ideas how to beat €4s 😛 But whatever long it's going to take, I'm ready to move on. Wish me Luck, I need it here more than ever :atisfied: move down to 4€ 146. w 82.06€ 147. w 85.82€ 148. l 81.82€ 149. l 77.82€ 150. w 81.58€ 151. l 77.58€ 152. w 81.34€ 153. l 77.34€ 154. l 73.34€ 155. l 69.34€ 156. l 65.34€ 157. l 61.34€ 158. l 57.34€ 159. l 53.34€ 160. l 49.34€ 161. w 53.10€ 162. w 56.86€ 163. w 60.62€ 164. w 64.34€ 165. w 68.14€ 166. l 64.14€ 167. w 67.90€ 168. w 71.66€ 169. l 67.66€ 170. w 71.42€ 171. w 75.18€ 172. w 78.94€ 173. w 82.70€ 174. w 86.46€ 175. w 90.22€ 176. l 86.22€ 177. l 82.22€ 178. l 78.22€ 179. w 81.98€ 180. w 85.74€ 181. w 89.50€ 182. l 85.50€ 183. l 81.50€ 184. l 77.50€ 185. l 73.50€ 186. l 69.50€ 187. w 73.26€ 188. w 77.02€ 189. l 73.02€ 190. l 69.02€ 191. w 72.78€ 192. w 76.54€ 193. w 80.30€ 194. l 76.30€ 195. w 80.06€ 196. w 83.82€ 197. l 79.82€ 198. w 83.58€ 199. w 87.34€ 200. w 91.10€ 201. l 87.10€ 202. l 83.10€ 203. l 79.10€ 204. w 82.86€ 205. w 86.62€ 206. l 82.62€ 207. w 86.38€ 208. w 90.14€ 209. w 93.90€ 210. w 97.66€ 211. l 93.66€ 212. l 89.66€ 213. w 93.42€ 214. l 89.42€ 215. w 93.18€ 216. l 89.18€ 217. w 92.94€ 218. l 88.94€ 219. w 92.70€ 220. l 88.70€ 221. l 84.70€ 222. l 80.70€ 223. l 76.70€ 224. w 80.46€ 225. w 84.22€ 226. l 80.22€ 227. w 83.98€ 228. w 87.74€ 229. l 83.74€ 230. l 79.74€ 231. l 75.74€ 232. w 79.50€ 233. w 83.26€ 234. l 79.26€ 235. w 83.02€ 236. w 86.78€ 237. w 90.54€ 238. w 94.30€ 239. l 90.30€ 240. w 94.06€ 241. l 90.06€ 242. w 93.82€ 243. w 97.58€ 244. w 101.34€ move up to 10€ 245. l 90.34€ 246. w 100.74€ 247. l 90.74€ 248. l 80.74€ move down to 4€ 249. l 76.74€ 250. w 80.50€ 251. w 84.26€
  25. Hey @MetalWolf, it was fun to find ourselves at the same table again. I cannot remember actual stacks and bet sizes, but the last one, the river bet was polarized indeed. I think you messed up a bit on the board texture as well, it had straight/flush draws options, most busted on the river, which didn't pair I believe. I also led the turn, before betting the river huge, that's why I was surprised you caught me with A-high, and I don't like this play still 😃 If you decide just to call my turn lead you either capitalize on my river give up or give up yourself with your particular holding. Otherwise you should've raised my turn bet or just fold. What happened was exactly the best possible scenario for you, cause you beat only pure air there, which is not enough to call two streets. I lead there 2pair+, SD and FD combos with middle/bottom pairs. What if I turn A2s/busted FD into polarized bluff on the river, you're still beaten...😛 It's interesting to learn your point of view on that, hope you don't consider me spamming your blog with above :scared: I still won't give away my hand there, I guess I've become too predictable without that 😏 I'm happy you used my chips well later on 👍 And you're right, respecting your opponents and friendly atmosphere at tables are more important than hands results. Cheers Man!
