So as a Belgian I can still see the challenges in April and I was relieved, but when I reached the first challenge it said 0€ cash instead of the first step 0.10€...

Does this means it will be 0€ for every step, if so, it really should not be visible for Belgians...

Can be wrong, but seems like I start this quarter with zero and I'm sure there were some points left over. If not, no problem!

Are there ever more seats guaranteed, for exemple one or two weeks before the event?
