  1. That was pretty bad because I wasn't 100% sure which graphic was glitching as it showed different bet amount and different call amount. I actually called out of curiosity and it turns out the bet was 6.3BB. Would have folded if I had been sure it is 6.3BB but it is a small tournament for me and the call is not terrible play with 6.3BB, so no major loss of value.

Last time I provided bug report I did try to update the driver through the link you provided, for some reason I see that my driver is still very old, seems like it failed.  I managed to update it now through some googling but the screenshots I provide are before the update. But I guess we'll be assuming again that it might be due to old drivers.

Anyways, maybe there is something in the logs and I'll be in touch if the probem persists now that the graphic drivers are really up to date. @Stubbe-Unibet

  2. @Stubbe-Unibet I have the log file and it has some data between 8.1. and now. The instruction how to post a bug report didn't include where to send it or then I just missed that piece of information. So where should I send it to? Some email?

And I'm not 100% sure of the date and no idea about the time. I guess you can count the time when deep impact has 500/1000 blind leves and that number on top of the screen might be a tournament id or something, I guess you know better than I .

Updated the drivers too. But as I have been playing for a while and this issue has never occurred I won't have any idea if the driver update actually worked or if it was just one of a kind issue.

  3. I think this happened on 15th. I just had so many tournaments running I couldn't post the bug report straight away. Anyways, it happened on my desktop client on windows. I've seen a table freeze on my phone but never on the desktop client. It didn't even refresh when I moved the table around. I had to log out of my client and log in again. Hope you can pinpoint the timeframe from the screenshot. The other tables were working normally.

I think I lost a little bit of value due to it, maybe timing out from the blinds and folding a few hands I would have liked to play while logging out and in again. But most likely I've benefitted when some technical issues have happened to other players so I don't really feel I'm objectively entitled to anything. But if I lost some value and there is a policy I'm happy to take something minor as it would be bad karma not to take everything you can from the house :D Had great run that day anyways.

@Stubbe-Unibet Do you need anything else or is it a known issue? I also added another minor bug screenshot where you couldn't register to tourneys even though there was time left but I think it is a known issue with some clocks being out of sync.

  4. It happens.  You have 6 tournaments open, you know that you are just folding to get a satellite ticket.. you see a raise and autofold automatically not really checking the amount raised. But it is good to report these so those who have better access to data can check if they are a common occurence or just a mistake once a month.

  5. So, I was checking which tournaments to play today and removed the centrolls via the slider just leaving 5e+ tournaments. Then I went to check some freeroll tickets about to expire and found out that there are no tournaments at all for them. i realized it was due to the filter removing the freerolls even though I had a specific ticket selected.

Anyways, I feel that the buy-in slider should not exclude freerolls that require a ticket or are restricted (and you have access) because some of them have substansial value and the freeroll ticket might be worth a lot despite it being technically free. Like an unibet open package freeroll gets slidered out of existence due to there being no buy-in. Additionally when you select a ticket it should overwrite the slider while the ticket is selected. If you have selected a 5e ticket you obviously want to browse 5e tournaments.

  6. Thanks, I actually had one sentence there that i checked it and found there. I know one sentence is easy to miss especially since the context was misleading (had written the earlier parts before i realized i can check there). But the text there is also a bit vague "premium - win". When i know what im looking for it is good enough but it could also be improved. But obv not a big deal.

  7. I won a package to unibet open 2020 event and today (I think) got paid the 250e for travel expenses. There is no message or anything, just noticed that my account seems to have more money money than it had but I also had a bet in that I won and my unibet account and poker account show a different amount due to a betting bonus etc so I was only 95% sure that it happened today. So it would be cool to receive a message when the money is paid, you might notice if you win some bets at the same time or are in the money in several tournaments and you can't also control whether or not you have actually received the money. Now I went to my money history and found the message there.

So it would be more clear if you would get a similar message as you do when you receive a ticket when you receive cash due to a leaderboard/unibet package

  8. @Stubbe-Unibet

You wanted a screenshot of this earlier: So first the price structure was wrong, then for some reason the tournament list lost me even though I was still in with a couple of BB and showed only 7 players while there are 8 at the table. (It doesn't show in the screenshot but the player missing is me)

  9. So, I have booked a flight for wednesday morning, but negotations between postal office and their employees broke down and now there are big strikes including air travel. The company I booked flights from cancelled 3/4 of flights today, they are rerouting the customers but I have no idea how fast they are able to do it and will they manage to get people to the destination within the same day. My flight is not yet cancelled, they inform me likely tomorrow if it is cancelled or not. If they cannot get me within the same day to Paris I will make the effort to take a ferry to Estonia and take a flight from there but some ferries are on strike too.

If I can't make it to Paris due to cancelled flights do to strike can Unibet do anything? Obviously it isn't your fault or your problem but I would feel bad if I lose my ticket after making every effort to be there, especially if there is no overlay. Just changing me from day 1A to day 1B might give me enough time to get there if the original flight is cancelled. So this post is mostly about potential problem but if **** hits the fans I won't have time to write on forum as I'll be busy trying to get to Paris. And this issue might affect several finnish players (I don't know if there are many). So I thought it might be a good idea to let Unibet know and think if there is anything they can and are willing to do if I'm unable to get to Paris.

  10. I ran into a problem when I used the client on my mobile (samsung) for the first time. I was playing tournaments on my laptop, didn't do well and only had one tourney remaining, so I decided to switch to using phone and finish the tourney on the couch so I could sit next to my gf and chat. I had to update the client for the phone, when I logged in on the phone after the update it logged me out of my laptop (as is normal) but the mobile app was in an unresponsive state, it showed some unibet related graphic (I think a corrupted table graphic)  not correctly and didn't react to anything. I logged in on my laptop, rebooted my phone tried to log in again with my phone and this time it worked fine.

So might have been related to updating the client and launching it without reboot or some other first time launch issue or then just pure chance.

  11. A realistic half-way solution might be to offer PL/NL25 some goodies in promotions, put it in the same category as NL/PL50. I think that is something that is decided within poker department and thus should be doable.

  12. Both 20 and 25 are possible, either it is -5 to left column. Or that middle column minus top column is the bottom colum. Both fit. I guess 25 is the more elegant solution as it ties the whole "story" left to right and -5 is a more simple calculation than b - a = c. So 25 is more simple and thus more elegant.

  13. I ran into it yesterday too, I remember that it was still in effect when first people in the money started dropping. It was a 50e ticket satellite so it was a relatively big issue, first drop out received like 40 cents and the next one 5e tickets. And at some point it showed that player X had been eliminated and had received either a 5e ticket or 40 cents but that turned out to be wrong. I think it showed that somebody had been eliminated and had received a 5e ticket when in reality he had received 40 cents. It didn't affect my decisions at least in a major way but could be potentially big especially in satellites.

  14. So, I have won a package and wanted to find out how far the casino is from the hotel from google maps. So I went to the unibetopen webpage, paris event and checked the webpage of the venue. I followed the link, went to the bottom of the page, found the contact info and put it on google maps. Imagine my surprise when the address turned out to be near Italian border 7 hours drive from Paris. I did search the name of the club circus on google maps and turns out there is one in Paris too, but also one in the another city.

So my first assumption is that somehow unibet had managed to put the homepage of the wrong casino with the same name to the venue link but that seems not to be the case. After some digging I noticed that the french version of the site gives the contact information of the Paris casino.

    "CLUB CIRCUS PARIS – 37/39 BOULEVARD MURAT PARIS 75016 + 33 (0) 1 81 70 69 00  E-MAIL : CONTACT@CLUBCIRCUS.FR"

But the english version of the webpage gives the contact information as:

    "CIRCUS CASINO DE BRIANCON - 7 AVENUE MAURICE PETSCHE - 05100 BRIANÇON - + 33 (0) 4 92 20 66 66 EMAIL: CIRCUS.CASINO@CASINO-BRIANCON.COM"

So it seems like the same company operates and owns both of the Casinos in different cities and for some reason the contact in english version is on the wrong city or it might be about the other casino alltogether. There are also differences when checking the games: on the french page it mentions:

No mention at all about unibet open.

So, would be very nice to get the webpage fixed, I imagine about 99% of the english version users at this moment are interested in the Paris casino and not the other one. I know it is a third party homepage but if I send them an email it might get ignored, but if they get a call from Unibet it will certainly get fixed quite fast.

  15. The main problem is that whenever your bounty is bigger than the average bounty at the table you have incentive to quit in order to cash out the bounty. It would be a great variant for live games though since quitting a live table is  a much bigger step.
