Hello. I won a ticket to UK tour a while back. I thought to combine a nice holiday trip with poker. But then I won tickets to unibet open paris and one deep stack open and international poker open in ireland. So I just had so many events that I postponed the ticket. And then when the next even came I had 2 more unibet open tickets and one deepstack ticket so I had kind of given up on the ticket because I'm already travelling so much for unibet events. But now that the UK event has gone online I thought to ask if I can get an online ticket in exchange for that. I'm aware that if we go strictly by the terms and conditions I can't demand this, so I'm just asking nicely. If there was overlay on some UK event I'm completely happy that my money went to the price pool. But if it didn't I feel that it is more fair that the money doesn't go to Unibet. I feel that the rake belongs to Unibet and even an value of unused ticket belongs to players and not to the organizers. Anyways, it is Unibet's decision but I feel that it would be a fair decision if I would either get a ticket or the money would go to price pool (-rake obviously). But it isn't a huge deal either way I'll be a happy customer even if I my request gets refused. And as a side note, I got an email from my deepstack open ticket and was happy to turn it into an online ticket and the online ticket hasn't appeared on my account yet. There is still plenty of time before the event but it was 9 days ago so I have a feeling it might have fallen through some cracks. @Stubbe-Unibet

I was in the middle of 3 tourneys. The client also totally crashed (I had to kill the process to close it) while the server was down so even though I had the client open in the same room I didn't notice when the problem ceased due the client being stuck. So was out of 2 out of 3 tourneys when I got back. In the last one I had 5k chips left out of the opening stack of 8k (I think I had roughly the original stack when the problem started). So I'd like to get compensated for those 2 tourneys and for the 3k chips lost. One was deep space/ID 18343125), one where I lost some chips was leaderboard high (ID 18210350) the last one was UOS 50-tickets qualifier (ID18357570)

Lost connection to unibet server in the middle of the tourneys a couple minutes ago. Every other webpage works fine. Now I'm trying to log in again and I'm getting an error message "unable to verify your location, access denied" Now I managed to log back in the tourney tables start opening but they don't really open, they get stuck in the middle of it. Cant open any cash tables either but the servet at least claims that some are running so not sure if this is a serverwide issue or just targets a certain segment of users. @Stubbe-Unibet

@Stubbe-Unibet It is a bit uncool that clicling on the promotion banner while playing poker kicks you our of the poker client and into the web poker client.

@Stubbe-Unibet Haven't reveived my bonus points from having switched the package into online ticket. Got the online ticket like 5 days ago and the email stated that I should receive the bonus points within 72 hour. Not in a hurry, if you guys are just busy with the extra traffic and get to sorting these out later.

I have 1 supernova ticket expiring in 6 days one in 13 days and one 100e UOS ticket expiring in 8 and I need I ended up with more UOS tickets than I needed (even one from the flip tournament) and I have been using them, but it has lead to my regular supernova tickets being close to expiry. So would be nice to get 2 of those extended by a couple of weeks (or all three, though I plan to play the event this sunday). @ReCorpH

@Stubbe-Unibet Still something wrong, I assume it is related. My balance shows 0 and I can't access the lobby of the specific tournament that is still running, the general tournament lobby opens well. And during the break I switched from client to mobile and the table didn't open even though I tried logging in with my laptop too. It only opened when the break was over resulting in the first hand getting folded. It was a fold anyways so no harm done.

So, the poker client kicked me out in the middle of tournaments and couldn't log back in due to some sitewide issues. After a while I got back in but had lost quite a lot of blinds I think, in one tourney I had 1.4 BB left. As the issue was sitewide, I assume lots of other people are in the same situation as me. So would be nice to know how the issue will be handled and that somebody will look into it. When there has been issues in the past Unibet has been one of the best at dealing with the issue fairly so I'm confident that there will be a fair solution. But I would like to get a confirmation that somebody is looking into it. @Stubbe-Unibet @ReCorpH

@Stubbe-Unibet Yesterday I was BB 2 hands in a row, It was the comet tourney when final table started. Not sure if it is supposed to be like that or not? In a live tourney you could end up twice in a row to BB when they randomize the seats at final table.

It happens. You have 6 tournaments open, you know that you are just folding to get a satellite ticket.. you see a raise and autofold automatically not really checking the amount raised. But it is good to report these so those who have better access to data can check if they are a common occurence or just a mistake once a month.

Can I have my tournament stats. If possible split between 5 and 10e buy-in tournaments and 25e+ tourneys.

@Stubbe-Unibet You wanted a screenshot of this earlier: So first the price structure was wrong, then for some reason the tournament list lost me even though I was still in with a couple of BB and showed only 7 players while there are 8 at the table. (It doesn't show in the screenshot but the player missing is me)

Thanks for the event, was very enjoyable to visit Paris even if I didn't cash anything. Came back with GF today morning and just won a package to the next one in todays qualifier!

Sounds great. I wouldn't expect you to take a loss due to third party actions. I'll give it anyways around 75% that I can make it there in time.

So, I have booked a flight for wednesday morning, but negotations between postal office and their employees broke down and now there are big strikes including air travel. The company I booked flights from cancelled 3/4 of flights today, they are rerouting the customers but I have no idea how fast they are able to do it and will they manage to get people to the destination within the same day. My flight is not yet cancelled, they inform me likely tomorrow if it is cancelled or not. If they cannot get me within the same day to Paris I will make the effort to take a ferry to Estonia and take a flight from there but some ferries are on strike too. If I can't make it to Paris due to cancelled flights do to strike can Unibet do anything? Obviously it isn't your fault or your problem but I would feel bad if I lose my ticket after making every effort to be there, especially if there is no overlay. Just changing me from day 1A to day 1B might give me enough time to get there if the original flight is cancelled. So this post is mostly about potential problem but if **** hits the fans I won't have time to write on forum as I'll be busy trying to get to Paris. And this issue might affect several finnish players (I don't know if there are many). So I thought it might be a good idea to let Unibet know and think if there is anything they can and are willing to do if I'm unable to get to Paris. @Stubbe-Unibet @Patric-Unibet

I guess that is the "private freeroll" but unable to register. EDIT: Doesn't show any new tickets either, I got a response and thanks but not a like so I'm not 100% sure if I should have one and I don't mind if I didn't get one.

Btw talked with a friend who was in Paris a couple of weeks ago. She said that public transportation didn't work well (I guess because of the yellowshirt protests) and it took 3.5h to go distance that was supposed to take 1h. So she recommended using cabs. Might be a good idea to split cabs since lots of players are at the same hotel.

@Argevolen I actually agreed that 5a -5 is more elegant in the description. Just mixed up the numbers.

I ran into a problem when I used the client on my mobile (samsung) for the first time. I was playing tournaments on my laptop, didn't do well and only had one tourney remaining, so I decided to switch to using phone and finish the tourney on the couch so I could sit next to my gf and chat. I had to update the client for the phone, when I logged in on the phone after the update it logged me out of my laptop (as is normal) but the mobile app was in an unresponsive state, it showed some unibet related graphic (I think a corrupted table graphic) not correctly and didn't react to anything. I logged in on my laptop, rebooted my phone tried to log in again with my phone and this time it worked fine. So might have been related to updating the client and launching it without reboot or some other first time launch issue or then just pure chance.

A realistic half-way solution might be to offer PL/NL25 some goodies in promotions, put it in the same category as NL/PL50. I think that is something that is decided within poker department and thus should be doable.
