    I haven`t got any bonusoffer since mid October. Not even 25% bonus. And Unibet Norway don`t exists anymore..

  3. Unibet Norway have removed @WIZZ Visa from the deposit-options today.

    So I had to deposit with "Only VISA" today and again the deposit failed 😡 

    Talked to the English Live Chat and they said I got my money back to my bank-account about some days.. 

    This happen too often and not fun at all when I want to play today! Not next week..

    And the Norwegian "Helpcenter" is down.. and no Norwegian Live Chat.. Too bad

    Anyone who can help me in some way? @Jami-Unibet, @Stubbe-Unibet

  5. Tomorrow, at Wednesday, October 6th, it`s been  3 weeks since I made a deposit at Unibet. But still I have not got the deposit in my Unibet-account, no received my money back tom my bank-account..

    I have contact the Norwegian support (Live Chat) three times and asked @Jami-Unibet here several times about WHEN I got my money in my Unibet-account or back to my bank-account. But it seems like that no one knows anything.. Like it is normal for Unibet to don`t care about their old and loyal customers.. I have been a member of Unibet since year 2005. And not in my wildest dream I had thought that Unibet would treat their customers this way. 

    So now I will go to the Norwegian newspapers and warn people against playing at Unibet.

    Hi, @Jami-Unibet!

    When do I get my deposit from Wednesday, 15.september in my account? Tomorrow it is 2 weeks ago.. I spoke with the Norwegian Live Chat some days ago, but nothing happen.. This is not good behaviour of Unibet, because it seems that absolute nobody care..

    I am sorry, @Jami-Unibetbut I have been a member of Unibet for many years now, since the year of 2005. I have always trust Unibet, but now I don`t take any chance to make a new deposit..

    That error looks like it's coming from our side and I'll investigate it with our payments department, but it's quite likely it is due to the currency mismatch.

    And the worst is that I want to play in casino or poker, but I don`t want to deposit when the money disappears..

    Never had any problems with using that deposit method until about a month or so ago I started getting a similar type of an error message that @startelver has posted above, and I'm still getting the same.

    Customer Support first had no clue what's the cause of it, but I then suggested could the problem be my bank account being on Euros, and Unibet account being on Dollars, and the support person agreed that it is indeed the likely reason for the error.

     

    I'm now using Trustly and it works fine for me so I no longer need any help with this matter, but could this possibly be something too look at to solve this problem for our Norwegian brothers and sisters here. 🙂

    I don`t know what`s happen with my deposit one week ago. And the Norwegian Live Chat has been "busy" every day since.. 

    So, @Jami-Unibet, how will Unibet solve the issue?
