This morning I played some slots and it was fine (no big win, no big loss). In the afternoon, I canj't login to my account anymore. Why do I need to verify my account?

Anyway, Live Chat has 29(!) in queue atm. Is this related?

I have had the same issue for 2-3 days now. But when i press verify my account then it says i dont have to verify my account and i can log in normally :)

I usually experience don't wait too much in liva chat about 3-4 minutes

Do you get an error message? Both yesterday and Sunday we had an issue lasting approx. 10 and 20 minutes respectively. Right now some Belgian customers are having issues accessing the site.

I confirm for the belgian side, i had to try to log in several times before i could get in.  First it was blocked on the log in screen, then it said the account was unavailable. Now, its working again :)
